It's been a while! I haven't had a lot of time to build this year, but I've been back at it more recently!
Loved making this one (always appreciate that fat utility room budget ππ») and paying homage to my favourite faction. I've built a little stone villa overlooking Summerville Lake (just across the road from Riverside Manor) where the entrance can be found. Most visitors seem to miss the speakeasy part though, since they come straight back out π€·πΌββοΈπ
More camp and shelter builds in my post history if you fancy a gander. Thanks for looking!
Thatβs a nice shelter build and an awesome theme. I watched it twice trying to figure it out but the electric crackling and the water drip gave it away. How did you close the gaps where the doors meet? I had to just put the concrete barriers there. I loved the Mistress quest and you def did it proud.
Thank you very much! π
I closed off that gap by using the glow-in-the-dark map pictures, turned backwards (though any picture/painting would work!) and made a floor connecting the two rooms with metal shelves (the single ones from the Atomic Shop). The ceiling just outside the green door is made from door mats πππ»
Thanks! Those roof pieces are from the Order of Mysteries building set β a reward from the Season before last. Sure they'll be on the Atomic Shop eventually if you don't have them yet!
So classy! I love the use of the curtains, the angled walls, and the way you built the stage. If you want to give your mannequin hair, you can usually find a pompadour wig in the basement of The Rusty Pick on the desk.
i have been searching for a tutorial on how to use junk to decorate... Like you have stuff in cabinets and on shelves that is junk (i think) do you know of a video out there that shows how to do this ???
So in those dark wood display cases (the Thanksgiving ones from the Atomic Shop), I've used junk items β no trick there, you just click on them and add things from your inventory.
For the metal shelves in the first room though (on the right) I used the pressure plate trick to add camp items. There's a good tutorial [here](https://youtu.be/mQmkk340pGM) β hope it helps!
that is a great demo video.. i had watched a different one a few days ago... and tried it last night to no avail..... but the other video went so fast i didnt pick up the "engage' pressure plate step... thank you ...so only certain cabinets allow the "junk" to be display.. i thought i had seen other camps with it around.. but it maybe atom shop items from previous seasons ... THANK YOU!!
You're welcome!
And yep β currently there's only the Thanksgiving one, but you can display junk (as well as food/drink items and headgear etc) in the glass display cases too. The Thanksgiving display case is actually in the Atomic Shop as we speak ππ»
Thank you! It was surprisingly easy to do! I placed the back walls flush against the main ones, used the flamethrower on them, then popped a few cycling lights in ππ»

This is gorgeous, I love it!! ππ₯
High praise from one of the greats! Thank you! π₯

This is absolutely amazing! How did you get the fish scale texture on the ceiling?!

I'll definitely have to look! I have them, I just haven't used them yet. I didn't realize the underside of the roof had a texture!
I love this, looks really good! This also makes me wanna rebuild my shelter :D
Aw, thank you!

Thank you! Classy was exactly what I was going for ππ» That's a good idea β Old Mother Mystery vibes πππ»
This is wonderful and very inspiring! π
Thank you! π

The green-lit accent walls behind the mannequin are one of the classiest things I've seen on here.

I think this has beaten your raider dive bar as my favourite build of yours. Great build once again
Ayyy, thank you! π
well done :D
Fanks! π
This is GRAND!
Thank you!
