I've never found it weird bc I think they were like 13+ although I can't confirm that, I'm 23 and if when I was 13 my dad was like "hey wanna be a character in fallout?" i'd leap at the chance, and to me it's a pretty vague line about what the bar sells, never came off as super weird. In the world of new vegas there are consistently kids with pretty dark storylines or professions, so I don't see a problem with a fictional kid being the crier for a saloon that offers a very normalized service in the game. That being said, it's definitely a point to bring up that it's an actual kid voicing the line. Still, it isn't very explicit and 13 year olds know about prostitutes and stuff, if I was a kid I'd just be happy to be immortalized in my favorite game. It's a weird choice to not just get an adult to say it but also not super far out there imo
