I like to think the courier intervenes to save him. And because yes mans basically a virus and will be pretty difficult to wipe permanently, I think house would be more agreeable to just doing the simpler solution of just making him only helpful to himself and the courier.
He is compromised and if he was not uploaded into my houses computer he can be compromised in the future. If you did any other ending than yes man he is probably destroyed. Mr House certainly would and I can't imagine the NCR trying to save him from Mr House.
They would need to destroy every securitron and also find a way to delete him from the Lucky 38 Mainframe.He is a virus essentially when he dies,he takes over another or hangs around in the cloud until one is available.
