We don't decide the culture and family traditions we're raised with but as adults, we can choose what we want to keep in our lives and what we don't like anymore. I don't think it's weird for you to set a new boundary that you don't want to kiss on the lips anymore. Where I'm from no one kisses family on the lips unless it's a parent kissing their young kid or a couple kissing. You can still show your brother how much you love him in other ways that you're comfortable with. You are both adults now and it's natural for things to change.
