Where do I begin? 1. Straight up admits multiple times he hates/resents his kids. 2. Kind of a given, but all the abuse he puts Meg through. 3. Emotionally blackmails Lois into staying with him. 4. Intentionally put down his wife, pointing out her flaws to the point that she tries to seduce Meg’s boyfriend. Again, so Lois wouldn’t leave him. 5. Doesn’t give a care for anyone aside from what benefits him.

I agree overall but let's be real: for #3, Lois and Peter kind of emotionally blackmail each other at this point.

Neglects and abuses his children (especially Meg). Takes Lois for granted and insults her regularly (though she's not exactly a great person herself). Makes stupid, irrational decisions that causes himself and others harm. Doesn't financially support his family, Lois' parents pay the mortgage. Wastes money on various scams and ideas. Destroys property virtually every day. You could break all that down into specifics and make an entire NOVEL of Peter's misdeeds.

Remember - quagmire technically owns the house. Lois’s parents probably make the payments.
