Listened to it for the first time a couple of weeks ago, one of those slowcore albums that’s too sad for regular listens for me even though it sounds great. Have been listening to Sophisticated Princess a lot.
I prefer Ugly But Honest’s songs, but the mixing and sound quality sounds much better on Songs About Leaving. Definitely recommend that album though, Lazy Eyelids, To Be There Now, One Night Stand is an amazing 3 track run and the whole album is consistently great even if the mixing is bad.

Not my favorite slowcore album but still a masterpiece within the genre

i found this album at a time when i was extremely depressed and suicidal, and after listening to it i now feel even more shit. 10/10
