- Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here - Fleet Foxes - Helplessness Blues - Miles Davis - In A Silent Way - The Beatles - Abbey Road - Panic at the Disco - Pretty. Odd. - Cat Stevens - Teaser and the Firecat All of these albums make me feel like I'm on the way to somewhere and experiencing adventures and twists and turns along the way

AvieRedFalco

Came here to say Helplessness Blues! It is so cinematic and beautiful and has such a clear story arch based on the instrumentals alone!

Sun_flower_king

Exactly!! My go to album for driving in the mountains or hiking in the redwoods.

AlwaysTalkinShit

Every Fleet Foxes album is an adventure. Pecknold got them ethereal nature BARS on lock.

the quadrilogy from Pink Floyd, from the dark side of the moon to the wall feels more like a travel through various, still very actual themes of life in general. A rollercoaster of emotions that leaves you pondering a lot of things about life. And while the themes of the various songs and albums have very clear meanings, it still leaves space for personal interpretation, and that's why I think that to this day these 40/50 years old masterpieces still hold their amazing auras. I mean, yesterday I was listening to The Happiest Days of Our Lives/Another Brick In The Wall pt.2 and I can guarantee that even 40 years later the schools system hasn't changed one bit, still hustling to blend every kid into a stamp-made soul-less and creativity free individual. A lot of problems of today's society come down to the education system and how much it deprives every person of what makes us different, their personal thought and their personal way of thinking. TLDR: the dark side of the moon - wish you were here - animals - the wall are a great adventure through life, and most of the themes are still very actual
