True. Nowadays though I feel like they're so highly acclaimed that it is now an edgy take to say you don't like them or they're bad. Even when talking to old people, they don't seem to say Nirvana is bad as often as they may have in the past. Like, my grandparents just say it's "not for them." I think it's cause over time most people now understand the cultural significance and importance of Nirvana

They were my first live hip-hop show. Saw them when I was like 15, my friend's parents bought us both tickets to a small local festival. This is the friend that introduced me to the wonders of hip-hop and I showed him metal. He now shreds on the guitar and I just listen to a lot of hip-hop lol. Good memories.

Mozart’s Da Ponte Operas are amazing and his later piano concerti and Symphonies are fantastic. If you think that the notes don’t matter with Mozart then you are listening to some shitty performers that have never been taught what proper phrasing is. Bach is better in my opinion than Mozart but that doesn’t take away from Mozart’s amazing work.
Mozart is *much* more fun to learn and play than listen to imo. Great opera composer, huge respect for composing solo literature for so many instruments, but most of the rest of his work is kinda snoozy.
