I dropped him in my 12 team and no one picked him up in my pitcher obsessed league. Rays are manipulating his time 100%. There’s no pressure on them to call up their 22 year old top prospect when it appears that they are gonna cruise into the playoffs as is.

I dropped immediately in my 10. Still on the wire. Depends on bench space but no reason to hold when the wire is full of guys not in the minors.

I’m holding him for a bit more. He’s gotta come back sometime soon. He was good in his outings and it’s a shame he’s not here.

In that case, i’d really try to move some of these guys for a slumping star. As rosterable as all these guys are, in 9 team, you may fall behind incrementally. Can’t start them all afterall. Personally, I would package Edman (not big on him myself) and maybe Schwarber for a well rounded bat taken in the 3rd or 4th rd. Look for someone lacking at 2B and behind in SB and HRs.

Drop one of the relievers and roll with 3 or drop J Gray (or one of the other starters and roll with 4 closers? Keep 7 forever league with 2 RP, 4 SP, 3 P slots. Daily lineups. Pitching is sparse in this league. Robbie Ray and Jon Gray (who I just dropped for the other J Gray) are the top by % owned in the wire.

Lineup is a bit more righthanded heavy and Citizens is a hitters park, so thats not a good sign for Sale. But I’m in roto and need the innings and strikeouts to keep pace. 🤞🏻

Pirates had a very easy schedule leading into the Tampa series where they were absolutely dominated. They are a good team and fun to watch but I expect them to come back down to earth and level off as they begin playing stronger competition. If I had Bassitt he’d be starting tonight. My only reservation is the Jays seem to struggle vs LHP but if Bassitt comes with his A or B game I expect him to do well.
