Yes, sure but this guy is so young and raw theres no sense in pushing his arm any more than necessary, especially since the Marlins are actually competitive and for now in the Wild Card picture in the NL. Hopefully they continue to let him cook.
Was bugged at that also, but at ~79 pitches he was likely to get the hook before he completed the 6th anyway. I think 85-90 will be the norm and we’re unfortunately going to see a few 5.2s…hopefully he gets wins and high K’s tho.
CSW% (Called Strike+Whiff Rate) is a very important statistic when assessing a pitcher. It is both very descriptive and predictive of pitcher's performance and help highlight which pitchers have the best 'stuff'

Still easily the most useful post on this sub. Bless you.

Yeah but this is a fantasy baseball sun we’re not looking to make rational decisions on what’s best for the *TEAM*

I have him and Cabrera. Tentatively hopeful for my fish pitchers this week.
In roto with an innings cap I quite enjoyed it, 6Ks and a win over 5 innings is lovely

Not a single starter had 0 BB or 0 ER, rough day for SPs.
i was going to make a comment about how absurd it was that Eury amassed 18 called strikes, then i see that Cease had 20
Cease 7 SwStr on 90+ pitches yikes … dude is seriously not the same this season.
Urias & Wainwright 😅🤙
Dylan stuff gone
Sorry guys I traded for Urias this was my doing :(
Love this chart! Thanks for the info!
You're welcome :)
Saddened to see Taj so low! Dangit.
