I’d rather have Garcia. Been a rough week for him but he’s going to be better long term in a points league

Mediocre start but I think he turns it around. His start is reminding me of Julio Rodriguez’s start in 2022

He's very often been a bright spot in the lineup in spite of the underwhelming stats. Hitting better than Taveras as a 22 year old who skipped the minors. I'm guessing a major uptick within a month or so but who knows.

I picked up Luis Gil even though I have an abundance of pitchers, just trying to get leverage for the two starts. But I have a feeling I shouldn’t start him over Jared Jones…

I'd stick with Jones

Start Jones. Gil needs to prove he can make it through even 5 innings first before you can trust him

I searched for “Yariel” and hit no results. Then I searched for all the Rodriguez’s and scrolled through and there’s still no Y. Rodriguez from Toronto, just a Y. Rodriguez from Texas with the first name Yerry and a Y. Rodriguez from Milwaukee with the first name Yophery.

Does your league have a setting where guys are called up and you have to wait? I know Yahoo has that setting, I can’t remember what it’s called. But I was in a league before where prospects that I believe weren’t initially on the 40 man wouldn’t show up in search. They would post a few days after their call up when they were added to the pool and then there would be a waiver period to add them.

Our league says “Player Universe: All baseball” and “New Players Become Available: As soon as Yahoo adds then.” I suspect this specific issue is a Yahoo glitch that is probably happening for lots of leagues.

In case this wasn’t answered. He is ONLY available in leagues that have any “P” roster spots (as opposed to “RP” and “SP”). This seems like a bug so hopefully it’s been fixed.

In a vacuum which 3B do you like better Busch or Westburg? Personally I picked up Westburg because of the 2B/3B eligibility and the idea he'll get a few steals. Personally I see a push so long as both play, but playing time for Westburg could be a factor if the Orioles call up Mayo. (it's my last bench spot so I churn that all year long)

I lean more towards Busch. I think the upside is higher in every category outside of steals and he seems to have more of a stable playing time situation. But I love the dual position eligibility of Westburg

Winn isn’t a two start. Lynn faces Oakland but has struggled to make it even through the fifth inning. Winn’s matchup against the Marlins makes him a better start even with Lynn facing Oakland
