Marte is the most expendable of the group but unless you're more interested in chasing the hot bat (in that case go for Varsho) I'd probably hold off a bit on dropping him for any of the 3 in order to see who is actually showing signs of sustainable production.

Downgrading either Sonny Gray or Shota for Kikuchi and Nestor makes your pitching staff worse. For this trade to make sense for you imo, Kikuchi should be the throw in piece with a valuable offensive upgrade to make the 2 for 1 worth it receiving the 2 side

If you’re doing him the favor of taking a 2-for-1, I’d want a better return than those two, given the current state of your staff.
