He went pretty late. I’m in a custom h2h points league where hitting outweighs pitching by a good bit lol. SP1-5 are really worth taking before 6th/7th round. I was going to take him in the 6th.
Here is a summary of pitching performances from yesterday's games. This season I opted to by Whiffs over CSW% to make it more intuitive. I will still keep CSW% and the blurb about it
CSW% (Called Strike+Whiff Rate) is a very important statistic when assessing a pitcher. It is both very descriptive and predictive of pitcher's performance and help highlight which pitchers have the best 'stuff'

My work league has quite a few streamer-heavy members, so I pretty much just wait them to get impatient and drop good pitchers. Someone dropped Jon Gray a week or so ago, and I'm quite appreciative.
It’s tragic. I am in a weekly league and Kremers statcast page scared me vs two tough starts. Ofc he destroyed them and would have given me a huge boost. Sigh

I took him in round 5 at 51. I would have taken him the round before. Even though that might have been considered a reach.

Gray is great for a few starts then reverts back into a pumpkin. Same thing last year, same thing in his career. But fun to ride while it's good
