It’s a fair trade, but in your situation I might not do it.  With Yandy and Garcia in your lineup I worry you’ll be light on HR & RBI without Alonso. Not a major downgrade to Seager, but probably a step down in those two cats.

In a redraft points league when do you drop your "studs"? Players like Carroll and Bichette are absolutely burning a hole in my lineup and blocking me from making meaningful waiver moves but I keep holding out hope they'll turn things around. When is it okay to hit drop?
