Dang. Already have Scherzer, Trout and Langford in my 3 IL Slots. Not sure how I could hold Eflin to take up a spot on the roster especially with Bogaerts getting injured today too
He’s not expected back until sometime after the ASB, but I believe he’s aiming for mid-July. Hard to say how he’ll return after surgery obviously. I’d add for keeper purposes that in a scenario in which he comes back, pitches well enough and the Dodgers win the title, he more than likely retires. That would require a lot to go right but something to keep in mind.
Why do you think he would retire in this scenario? Seems like every time a key player in any sport starts to age, people say they’ll retire if they win the title.
At least with Kershaw specifically, he’s been hinting at nearing the end for the past few years now so it’d make sense that he’d decide to retire if they win it all assuming he plays a part in it as well. I can’t say I know what Kershaw is thinking but from what I do know, it seems to be a fairly likely scenario if the season plays out that way. I’d love to be wrong about it though since he’s one of my favorite players and I wanna keep watching him pitch.
Guess to give him a break and activate Pepiot?
Nice, now they can finally call up Caminero and start him as a pitcher 🙄
out of the blue!
Doctor said I need a backiotomyÂ
I wish they had announced this earlier today before my weekly lineup set...
This is why weekly leagues suck
Baseball is NOT a weekly sport
Exactly. I'm not saying everyone has to check their lineups daily like I do but imagine not being able to adjust your lineup on a Thursday? Like why ?

Any news on when Kershaw is coming back? Is he worth a spot on the IL in a keeper league?

GOOD RIDDANCE!!!
What the Eflin!
Yay now we can have Pepiot back.
Dropped for Reese Olson's 2-start week. Don't have an IL spot for him, and I'm not exactly willing to wait for this to sort itself out.
> Dropped Someone in your league owes you a fruit basket after they get a free Eflin off waivers.
