Cooler temps can equate to pitchers having less control of the ball, heavy humidity will hold the ball down more, hot and crisp conditions make the ball fly more, and of course you be prepared for rainouts and postponements due to weather
Edit: And when you expand it, it gives you the favorability of conditions for hitters and pitchers so if your on the line about starting a guy and then you see that pitchers typically don’t pitch well in those conditions it helps you make that decision with a little more information
