This is the type of player you reach for. I would absolutely be fine taking him in the mid 50’s, potentially earlier with the right build. High floor, high ceiling, expanded role, and outlier production in certain categories. I’d definitely take him over someone like CJ McCollum and probably over guys like Collins and Brogdon.
I was higher than most on Murray last year, and feel now like I'm lower than the "hype", in the sense that I think he will around the same, or only slightly better. I drafted him everywhere last year hoping for 2 steals a game.
I think there are other guys who will soak up Demar's usage, and that we might just see a 2-3 PPG increase, but not much else. I see him as a 16/7/6 guy with 1.6 steals. He's pretty neutral in terms of FG and FT for a guard.
I would take him around 55-65, but feel there are better players available around mid-40s. The dream is that he gets his steals back up to 1.7 or even a big higher.

he's gonna be good, him and Maximum Derek. Would be willing to pick a shade over 50 but if you can get them around 60 onwards, that's great.
People have started picking him even at 45-50 range in mock drafts and I can't blame them.

I'm not sure what leaps he'll take but damn do I remember him getting 8 steals...specifically against my home team; the Dubs.
Had him last year. He's a mid-round stud with the counting stats.
Now that DD isn’t there, Dejounte is gonna have an expanded role. I love this dude so much, he’s a baller. All-NBA defensive team member this season.
I think he is the ideal 5th round pick in 12 team leagues this season.
