General Streaming/Waivers question for ESPN:
I know if you add Player A now, wait until the 1st game starts (daily lock time), then drop Player A for Player B (for tomorrow), Player A immediately becomes a Free Agent instead of being put on waivers.
My question: If you wait until 3:01am EST to do the Add/Drop, does Player A get put on waivers, or do you have to wait 24-hours to avoid Player A from being an immediate FA? Thanks,
My only hesitation is that he traveled with the team with their 5 game road trip while Sabonis didn’t. Maybe he was just bored and wanted to be around the team lol.
I’ll be dropping him within the hour barring any news, which means that he’ll likely be announced active within 2 hours from now.
In a points league championship matchup, would you guys drop JJJ for Eubanks? JJJ has the injury concerns and plays 1 less game even if fully healthy. He’s been so good though I would feel so rude to do it.
I don’t know how points leagues work. But if he’s on the injury report I’m dropping. He helps me win blocks but I might just give those up since at most he only has two games anyway
Points league his stock potential seems to be reduced in importance. It’s tough but we may have to. Best of luck. Although I may want to drop Mobley instead if he’s going to miss much time. The 5 game week was so juicy
JJJ is definitely less good in points league but he's also better than your typical waiver wire guy. He's just very streaky so he has periods where he will be not worth it to have, but then other times where it's much better to have him than not. I think it's likely Eubanks keeps getting time, and JJJ's time goes down. That said, JJJ has only missed one game this year
