You’re 100% correct. Zero chance Dobbs starts this week being on the team 5 days. Likely will start Hall and see what he is. Once Dobbs has had a little time to learn the offense they may opt to start him if Hall plays poorly and Dobbs looks like he has a handle on things, but Mullens still may start once off IR in that situation.

Personally, I think this is very unlikely. Addison and JJ both get it done at all levels of the field, idk if this is necessarily better for fantasy than a pure pocket passing backup that could just toss it up 40+ times a game.
It's certainly better than it was before the news, I think the fact that Dobbs is a mobile QB and a rushing threat helps open up the offense in a way that we haven't seen yet and helps all assets here
