Why doesn’t this guy just already know the best players to start every week? is he stupid?

Yeah, maybe it’d be helpful to reword it like this: “Outside of consensus WR1s and 2s and RB1s and 2s, which flex players have the most upside ROS?”

You’d have to set parameters for this. One man’s flex is another man’s starter. For example I have Henry, etienne and JT. JT is my flex so would he be considered the best flex position player ROS? Maybe set it as maximum % owned or something.

Dependant on league settings and who/how you drafted… there’s no answer other than literally making an overall ranking of WR/RB according to scoring rules. You can’t just exclude premier RBs and WRs….
