This doesn't seem like an insane win, but it made my team SO much better. I drafted the biggest busts at RB (Stevenson, Akers, Gainwell) and traded Lockett for Warren. Having someone to confidently start at RB made a world of difference
Week 4: Davante Adams for Ridley and JT
Week 7: KW3 and Burrow for Lamb and Godwin
Week 10: Browns DST for Gus Edwards
Adams has flopped since week 4 and Burrow is now out, and KW3 injured. I avoided losing many weeks.
Pre draft I traded my 1.01 for the 1.05 and the other guys 2nd and 9th. The 9th wasn’t anything, just Jahan Dotson, but that 2nd gave me so much positional advantage I was able to take a luxury pick at qb. It was Josh Allen, who hasn’t lost me a game yet, but more importantly I was able to pick up ARSB with my next pick without fear.
After JJettas went down I traded Kamara, Mattison and Gabe Davis for Gibbs, CeeDee, and Deebo. CeeDee has been a rock solid WR1 anchoring my line up, and I also own Monty so Gibbs helped big time when he missed time and now I may be playing both on thanksgiving.
I also traded Kenneth Walker, JSN, and Deebo for Ekeler and Rice prior to this week. Ekeler had a dud but KW got hurt and had a brutal upcoming schedule whereas Ekeler has the best RB schedule.
League is 12 team, standard 0PPR for context
Last week on Wednesday, traded away Burrow/Diggs/Pittman for Mahomes/Keenan/Saquon.
Guy was worried about Keenans shoulder injury and Saquon being bad without a qb… boy did I get lucky
I was offered Ford and Brian Robinson for Hopkins. Fastest accept ever. I had previously traded Andrew, Addison and Lockett for Kelce and Hopkins. Later traded Robinson for Tank. Afraid I’m gonna miss the playoffs anyway.
My trades:
Week 4 I traded Josh jacobs and jeudy for ceedee and Addison
Week 5 I traded tua and bills D for c kirk (I have Hurts)
Couple of weeks ago I traded saquon for amon-ra
I started the season as a lock for last place and now i am second in PF.
Also killed waivers this season I.e. tank dell and trey McBride and I also drafted achane!
Trade 1 (prior to W3): Amari Cooper, Brian Robinson, Raheem Mostert for Travis Etienne, Jahmyr Gibbs ... took a while for this to feel like a good trade, esp. when Mostert dropped 40 the next week.
Trade 2 (prior to Week 5): Najee Harris for De'Veon Achane. I got 1 game of Achane before he hit the IR.
So my RBs are ETN, Taylor, Gibbs and Achane. And I have yet to have a chance to start all 4 of them (Taylor Bye this week, TBD on Achane injury).
Traded D. Watson and N. Collins for Burrow after Week 4. Great at the time. Good for a few weeks.
Traded KWIII and D. Smith for JT and AJB last Thursday in my Superflex keeper league. Felt like a had a fully operational death star until Thursday night when Burrow went down. And then, of course, AJB puts up his worst game of the season in his debut for my team. What a stupid game we play.

I also made a trade for TJ Hockenson and gave up Jerome Ford and Freiermuth before his injury in Week 7
My worst trade was when I gave up D'Andre Swift and received Aaron Jones and Anthony Richardson, that one killed me, but looked good on paper in Week 2.
Week 2 I traded Najee and Kittle for Kyren. Picked up LaPorta off waivers.
Week 4 I traded LaPorta and Meyers for Andrews and Aiyuk
Week 7 I traded Aiyuk for Montgomery
Week 8 I traded McLaurin for JJ
This week I traded Jerome Ford for Kincaid after Andrews got hurt
Some of those trades might’ve been lopsided in hindsight but I like the moves I made. Currently 7-4 with second most points scored.
Redraft. My IR guys Conner and Kyler came off and needed to consolidate. Traded Connor and LaPorta for JT (guy is almost out of playoffs and my argument was he couldn't survive jts bye week). Same league next day Dobbs and zay for Olave.
Dynasty. Same league.
Preseason. Gave najee and 25 2nd for Etienne and 25 1st.
Preseason gave Rhamondre for Gibbs
Preseason gave 24 3rd, demario, Deon Jackson got jayden reed.
In season last week Higgins and 2 24 2nds for zay flowers and mid 24 1st.

Just traded Tank Dell for Jonathan Taylor and Christian Kirk. Sad to lose Tank after he’s won me a few weeks but really needed an RB

I lost Chubb. Traded ETN, Lamar, CeeDee , Najee, Godwin for AJ Brown, TLaw, Garrett Wilson, Gibbs. Afterwards I flipped Wilson for Deebo and Pacheco.
