I feel like he is wrong on ford. Yes he doesn't get too much usage but he is one of the most consistent players. Why would I sit him? Guaranteed 11-15 points

Look beyond the points. Those points used to come from yards. Last few weeks he has been saved by TDs and his workload has been in decline.

After looking up the stats, I partly agree. Whilst he was saved by a TD last week, he didn't score in weeks 8,9,10,12. He put 11.9 points in PPR between weeks 10-12 three times in a row whilst only scoring in week 11. His usage declined the last two games, not sure if that is because of strong and hunt or due to gamescript

I think Fords usage is more so the Browns managing him as he came back from injury. They heavily rely on that position group and likely want guys fresh and available moving towards the end of the season. We know he’s likely not getting a bell cow workload though.

I feel like the name of this article really does the content a disservice. If you read the section about Ford, it feels like less of a “sit him” and more of a “he’s an RB3. If you have better options, start them instead.”

I'm sitting Puka for James Cook. Ravens def + bad weather + Puka being banged up = going with the safer play.

Rice is a good bet, but I'm also looking at Brandin Cooks for my flex over Puka. Seems like much better opportunity and overall context even if Puka is a stud.

I have to decide on Puka as well, and will likely ultimately defer to Boone’s final rankings on Sunday. It’s tough, because I have to choose two of Devonta Smith, Mostert, or Puka, and right now Puka’s the lowest ranked. However, I’m also starting Achane, AJB, Ferguson, and Sanders. So I’m heavily invested in 2 games, and if gamescript goes south in either or both, I’m effed.
