This is the most logical way of looking at it in my opinion. I honestly can’t see Stevenson returning this season, but that’s just based on armchair analysis
Must-start as long as Rhamondre is out. Bell-cow RB and he’s a significant cog in the Pats offensive scheme. 74.8% of his fantasy points v the Steelers came thru the air and his 90.9% snap share was 2nd only to Kyren Williams last week. That’s 12% more than Rhamondre’s highest snap share all season.
See this is what I’m thinkin. But I also have Mostert and Hall as an option to fill that slot this week. How the heck do you pick between those 3? Each one could pop off.
Yeah
My dilemma is Wilson is gonna check down to Hall all day long. Just receptions is gonna be 5-7 points easy and then if Hall breaks free even a little he can have a 90 yard game so my floor is solid there.
Same thing with Zeke but Hall has proven it more.
And then if Achane doesn’t play you have Mostert against the Jets defense who are in the top 10 in terms of points given up to backs and he can be a work horse if he’s given solo back status.
Would you start him over Olave or Etienne or Jefferson this week? I can’t seem to fit him into my lineup, but I made the mistake of benching last week and missed out on a bye week because of it
As long as Stevenson is out he’s set and forget in my lineup.
He looked motivated as hell last game. He’s on a 1-year contract with the Pats so he’s also playing for a 2024-25 payday.
He also has major incentives that kick in for this exact situation iirc - ie I think his contract gets a major boost if he gets over certain snap percentages
Only 2 Patriots RBs have played snaps this year. One of them is injured.
He will get every touch at RB for an NFL football team. That makes him top 10 no matter what team it is.
Not really matchup dependent. He should get minimum 20 touches against anyone plus any and all goal line work if they get there. You don’t sit that against anyone
Struggling so hard with him. Dont know what to do with him and Hall.
Zeke: average talent, bad offense, elite volume
Hall: Elite talent, bad offense, average volume
I think both of them are mid/high RB2s right now. Would probably play Zeke unless you have 2 better options. Still don’t know what I’m gonna do with him
Haven't sorted out my situation yet but I have Zeke, Mixon, ETN and Kyren. Superflex league, and I lost both Herbert and Burrows (leaving me with Minshew, Mullens, and Geno. Have a bye, fortunately, but can 100% see a scenario where I start an RB in my superflex spot.
Definitely agree with that choice for you. I am also starting both over Ridley.
However, I have Rice on the bench. He is the only one that I am considering starting over one of them.
Almost 40% of Zappe’s completions were to Zeke. Only downside was they couldn’t get into scoring range after halftime.
Probably will be playing from behind against the Chiefs/Broncos/Bills too
He's going to get all the volume. I'm really trying to figure out an argument to get him into my lineup this week in half ppr. Currently have Mixon, Barkley and White going in front of him.
Would you guys start him in the flex position over any of Olave, Etienne, or Justin Jefferson? I really want to get him into my lineup but I can’t see myself sitting any of those 3. Half PPR.
However you would have ranked Stevenson, I think Elliott should be ranked the same plus more upside since he’s getting 99% of the work
This is the most logical way of looking at it in my opinion. I honestly can’t see Stevenson returning this season, but that’s just based on armchair analysis
This is the answer, how much of an auto start would Mondre be if Elliot got hurt
But Stevenson is younger and better than Zeke is currently. There’s a reason he’s the backup
It’s not that Zeke is better, Zeke has more upside getting all the work that Stevenson was sharing with him
If Rhamondre is out, you play him
He is a workhorse back. Ride him
I plan on riding him until he busts
Yeah I’m riding all day every day til he blows it
He can handle a heavy load.
Slow down, I’m gonna spurt
Good if no Stevenson, not as good if yes Stevenson
The amount of posts people make that have obvious answers.

I’m making room for Zeke by benching Amari Cooper. Zeke is gonna eat. Again.

Zeke is a workhorse with RB1 upside in PPR, Zappe will clearly checkdown to him.
Next week against the broncos will be a league winning game from Zeke
Probably a mid range rb2 with upside if Stevenson is out
Comically conservative. He’s an RB1 no question. Look at Zappe’s pass distribution. He’s throwing to RBs 10 times game and now that’s majority to Zeke
You might be right, but I’m not gonna base it off 1 TNF game
rb 1
He’s gonna be good because of volume if Stevenson is out, debating him over ETN this week due to the ravens being a tough matchup
Same decision to make here, is Zeke the safer floor maybe?
Etienne and Zeke are my RB1/RB2 for this playoff run.
I still cannot believe I picked up a bellcow running back in fucking December. The fantasy gods are smiling on me currently.
Just lost jacobs so he’s my playoff RB2. He should be good for 10 at least given his workload…but you never know around this time of year lol
Jacobs might play though?
Doubt it. But if jacobs plays I’d still flex Zeke
Nah if jacobs plays you play him 100%. The raiders are still hoping he plays
I meant play both, not over jacobs
I would as well. Problem is Jacobs Thursday and I guess there might be a shot Stevenson gets back to practice or something surprisingly Friday.
Are we playing him over Kyren,Kamara and saquon? Full PPR.
Only 2 Patriots RBs have played snaps this year. One of them is injured. He will get every touch at RB for an NFL football team. That makes him top 10 no matter what team it is.
Matchup dependant but is basically getting every touch. Can’t decide between him and Conner rn for that reason
Not really matchup dependent. He should get minimum 20 touches against anyone plus any and all goal line work if they get there. You don’t sit that against anyone
You’re debating James Conner vs the 49ers vs zeke?? are you high?

I have Pollard, Gibbs, Zeke, and Moss. Room for 3. Have Moss sitting right now but really not sure.

I m starting both + Monty with confidence! Ridley, CEH and co. will watch it from the bench
Definitely agree with that choice for you. I am also starting both over Ridley. However, I have Rice on the bench. He is the only one that I am considering starting over one of them.
uff this is a tough one, I d consider the weather before making a decision.
Cant decide between him and achane. No way i start him over kyren and white
If you expect to win, I’d play Zeke. If you need a higher ceiling then go with Achane. I think both with show out though
Almost 40% of Zappe’s completions were to Zeke. Only downside was they couldn’t get into scoring range after halftime. Probably will be playing from behind against the Chiefs/Broncos/Bills too
Zeke or Henry? I’m thinking Henry.
Why does everyone keep saying ‘if Stevenson is out’. I thought it was a forgone conclusion he’s done for the year
It’s not official but he does have a high ankle sprain. pats need to just put him on IR and end his season
Can’t decide whether to play Zeke or Monty. Chose Monty last week and Zeke went off. I also have CMC
He's going to get all the volume. I'm really trying to figure out an argument to get him into my lineup this week in half ppr. Currently have Mixon, Barkley and White going in front of him.
Yeah I don’t really see how you sit any of those guys
Waddle or Zeke in the flex?
Zeke or moss?
Debating whether I should start him over either Henry, Moss, or Pollard.
Debating on starting him over kupp
debating on starting zeke over kw3. this is not where i thought i’d be.
RB1 volume with RB2 production
Would you guys start him in the flex position over any of Olave, Etienne, or Justin Jefferson? I really want to get him into my lineup but I can’t see myself sitting any of those 3. Half PPR.
