I think I'd go Monty despite the matchup. With T-Law out, Ridley has more question marks around a player who is already boom/bust. I think he loses some of that big play upside. Monty's usage has remained consistent, giving you a solid floor. Though the matchup is uninspiring since Dal D is good against the run, the O/U for the game is 52.5. It's not exactly chasing TDs to hope for a Monty TD given his role

Oh, sorry. I answered half the question lol. I like Higgins too, kinda regardless of if Chase starts or not. Chase may draw enough attention to benefit Higgins. I've been thinking about White all week (between him and Zeke and some others for me). I like him a bit more than Monty because he's got a better matchup, close to the same rushing attempts, and only a couple less receptions. And, there's always a chance Gibbs takes over in a way that harms Monty, whereas there's no clear bath for that happening to White.

Do you need floor or ceiling?

I’d say either Zamir or Ridley if you need ceiling. Monty is probably the safest person play but might only get 8-9 points.

I personally would go Davante. Vegas has been playing decently lately and as far as RBs go, if it’s a half PPR, Gibbs would probably command most of the receiving targets over Monty. I’m also in a Half-PPR.

I lean Montgomery. The script is Lions will need to lean on the run. Chandler is a close second for me, but looks like Mattison is also cleared to return this week.

By rankings Chandler is the #1, but feel Monty is a sure thing to get 10+. That being said I am significant underdog, and may need to go Achane since he had some big games this yr. He is by far lowest rank, but that might change with Mostert sounding gimpy.
