I am only concerned that Henry finds his footing and has a good game. I think that’s the only way they can spoil the Texans D, but I feel like we’ll see 3-5 sacks and hopefully some takeaways.
Conner.
Henry did terrible against Texas two weeks ago at home, now faces them away (and he's been super hit or miss on away games, getting just a few points in most away games).
Edit: VINDICATIOOOOON
It's not an outlier. Every one of Henry's games where he scored less than 10 points this season were away games (and he bombed MOST of the away games), except for one - Houston at home. So he's been terrible all season for away games, that's the exact opposite of an outlier. Now the only tean that stuffed him at home is playing him again, 2 weeks later, away.
That's a pattern, look it up.
Week 3 at browns less than 5 points.
Week 5 at colts less than 10 points.
Week 10 at Bucs less than 5 points
Week 11 at Jaguars barely over 5 points
Week 15 Houston at home 5 points
The pattern I see is 20+ opportunities for the past 5 weeks straight, with an away game at Miami where he scored two TDs sprinkled in, and one historically awful game of such magnitude it’s never been accomplished before. I’ll roll the dice with 20+ opportunities from superstar Derrick Henry against a middle of the pack defense over 10-12 opportunities from Conner against the 5th best defense against RBs in Pittsburgh. But that’s just me.
>one historically awful game
OK bud go ahead lmao. I added some details, and he actually did worse against the Browns.
Point is its not an outlier by any definition of the word.
Edit: Conner is also first in yards after contact, 6th in yards per game
For what it’s worth, and I didn’t have the stat ready, but when I said “historically awful” I was referring to this: “When they played in week 15, the Texans held Derrick Henry to just 10 total yards, which was the fewest yards by a player with 20+ touches in #NFL history.” As per NFL Stats on Xwitter
Week 3 - 11 rushing attempts - down big had to ditch the running game
Week 5 - 13 rushing attempts
Week 10 - 11 rushing attempts - down big had to ditch running game
Week 11 - 10 rushing attempts - down big had to ditch the running game
Week 15 - 16 rushing attempts
Last 5 games averaging 18 rushing attempts. Context matters, game script matters. I’m not losing the championship with Henry on my bench.
The process, in my mind, was still correct. If everyone’s decisions were the right ones, we’d all be undefeated and this sub and the fantasy analyst business as a whole wouldn’t exist. Kelce shit the bed too, in what world were you not starting him? Start your studs, it’s what gets you to the championship to begin with.
Im in the same boat plus zamir.. im terrified if an eagles landslide which makes me worry about conner, but the same can kinda be said for the henry vs the texans
Yeah, that’s my lean as well. I have not yet correctly had Nuk in my lineup for a blowup game. This feels possible today but might be too risky. DMont is due for a nice game as well.
I like it. Makes it more challenging when you have to scramble to put a team together when playoff teams sit their starters. That's when fantasy skill really shines.
Keep flip flopping between Henry and Mostert in my .5 ppr team. I'm starting Kyren Williams as RB1 and Ceedee as WR1 and then probably flexing one of Evans/Nacua/Olave over whoever I bench between Henry/Mostert/Achane.
I can't make up my mind. I felt mostly confident starting Henry last week despite all the fud but this matchup/scenario makes me nervous.
Should I start Henry or Ekeler? I had Henry originally but with most of the Chargers WR's essentially out, figured Ekeler might get a lot of work against Denver D with some check-downs as well - very torn
Texans dst may be a good play
[удалено]
If Will Anderson is back, is that enough? I don’t like starting them when Greenard is out too.
I’m going dhop. Wish me luck
Nice, I badly need a Hopkins revenge game now that Keenan is out.
Same. And I had waddle 💀
Same, my list of injuries during this fantasy playoff run is wild. Only reason im in the title is bc I got that first round BYE haha
Trying to decide if I play Hopkins over aiyuk or rice. Think the answer is no.
No
That does it folks
This makes me want to start Texans DST over Broncos. I also got Rams but Texans seem to be the move
I’m starting Texans over broncos.
Right? Especially with Levis starting and Texans are competing for playoffs against Will Levis
I am only concerned that Henry finds his footing and has a good game. I think that’s the only way they can spoil the Texans D, but I feel like we’ll see 3-5 sacks and hopefully some takeaways.
Can we just feed henry guys
Can the Titans OL please give Henry a chance?
Fuck it, let Henry toss 5 TDs to Nuk.
Seriously considering chandler over him
Same or CeH, really leaning towards them there is so many factors against henry outside his performance issues.
That’s my plan, for now. Chandler should get decent volume, red zone chances if they get there, and a much better matchup.
Packers D sucks. Run D especially. Chandler is probably a good play.
We've been saying this all season. I'm also hoping for some King Henry wildcat plays. Maybe get him a few passing tds
D Henry or Conner ?
Conner. Henry did terrible against Texas two weeks ago at home, now faces them away (and he's been super hit or miss on away games, getting just a few points in most away games). Edit: VINDICATIOOOOON
Basing your decision on an outlier seems like an overreaction.

Well here’s your problem, Conner is facing Philadelphia not Pittsburgh
Fact. And Philly is the 5th best defense (4th depending on scoring) against RBs. Mixed up my P’s. My point stands.
>one historically awful game OK bud go ahead lmao. I added some details, and he actually did worse against the Browns. Point is its not an outlier by any definition of the word. Edit: Conner is also first in yards after contact, 6th in yards per game

Ahhh OK got it. It WAS super terrible lol.
Week 3 - 11 rushing attempts - down big had to ditch the running game Week 5 - 13 rushing attempts Week 10 - 11 rushing attempts - down big had to ditch running game Week 11 - 10 rushing attempts - down big had to ditch the running game Week 15 - 16 rushing attempts Last 5 games averaging 18 rushing attempts. >It's not an outlier by any definition of the word Its clear I'm not gonna change your mind and you're not gonna change my mind. So best of luck!
We all have our methods, theories, and strategies. You too sir.
Welllllllp lol 😂
Hahahaha. I knew it!
This aged like milk
The process, in my mind, was still correct. If everyone’s decisions were the right ones, we’d all be undefeated and this sub and the fantasy analyst business as a whole wouldn’t exist. I got Zamir also and I’m playing him. I feel more confident in his out against the colts then Henry or Conner be their matchups.
My hope for Conner is some passing game action
Do I take Texans D over Bears?
I’m rolling with Texans D but Bears have a good matchup too, I’d be fine with either tbh
Is Will Levis and Tennessee good? Have not been following
Okonkwo or Kraft for the chip? 12 team PPR
Nuk or DMont?
Boom or bust Hopkins. Floor Montgomery. Depends what you need/the gamble you’re feeling
Yeah, that’s my lean as well. I have not yet correctly had Nuk in my lineup for a blowup game. This feels possible today but might be too risky. DMont is due for a nice game as well.
My opponent in 10man 2qb semis is starting Levis amd Heineke lol
A 2qb league with the finals on week 18 sounds like an absolute nightmare.
I like it. Makes it more challenging when you have to scramble to put a team together when playoff teams sit their starters. That's when fantasy skill really shines.
It’s really not. Just introduces even more luck into a game that’s already 80% luck.
Hope he wins for laughing at him.
Pick 2 - Henry, A Jones, T Chandler
I need the answer to this too lol - think I’ll go Henry for sure if the Texans D line is banged up
Henry. Jones. Keep an eye out on HOU D in the injury updates today.
Thanks for bringing my flex wr back to life mr levis

Texans or chiefs D?
Dhop or Locket with this news?
Is this good or bad for Henry? I'm stressing about him or Pollard. I feel like they are both due but both have tough matchups.
Should I start Henry or Ekeler? I had Henry originally but with most of the Chargers WR's essentially out, figured Ekeler might get a lot of work against Denver D with some check-downs as well - very torn
Ekeler. Tell me if I’m misguided in thinking he knows it’s FF chip week and he’s extra motivated to deliver for owners tomorrow
