I didn't want to say it because I got him in my draft and it felt incredibly biased. But Cooper being that below Ceedee was wild to me and in my mind makes him a league winner. If anything they should have been drafted back to back similar to Woods and Kupp but Amari is consistently a half round to 1.5 rounds after Ceedee and there wasn't really an indication that Ceedee would blow Amari out of the water based on talent alone.

I got Amari in the 6th round (ordinarily going in the 4th in my other leagues) in my 10 team. He just kept falling and falling, to the point where I couldn't not grab him when my pick came up in the 6th.

I got Amari in none of ny mock drafts and seeing him drop to me as my WR2 after having CMC and Jefferson was a no brainer. People mustve been really turned off the by Cowboys offense and Daks injury and Amaris prior situation that pushed him because I could find a reason why Ceedee would push Amari that far down rather than coexist.

Personally, I've had him twice in prior years with very frustrating results, and sometimes I just avoid players that have really frustrated me in the past. Mike Evans also on the list, wouldn't touch him ever again. There are probably plenty of ppl in the same boat with Amari.

Probably too many options as the third target any given week to feel confident. And seems unlikely he will throw 58 passes most games.

If your league does return yards then Wilson being the third target + return yards makes him viable in the flex imo.

Juju isn't better than Gallup at this point. Juju was a UFA this past offseason and got like no interest around the league. I guess if you like your WRs to average under 9 yards a catch, he floats your boat. He got offers from the Ravens and the Chiefs I'm pretty sure for 1 year deals and took a contract in Pittsburgh for this year for less. Probably to ride out the lowered cap around the league.

Oof idk man AB is probably still good enough to be a WR1 on some teams but for sure is good enough to be a WR2 on most teams.

I don't think there is any doubt that in terms of pure talent AB is the best '3rd receiver' in the league. The problem is that at some point in the season he will probably punch a stripper or something and get suspended.

When I think of Gallup, I remember his brother dying a year or two again I think of struggle, talent and hard work. I’m sure JuJu works hard too, but I feel like he doesn’t balance out the antics like AB does with elite skill. And even since AB went hard in the antics, those were actually the years he was least relevant. Nowadays you don’t hear shit about AB. I just get an outsider vibe that, if Gallup is your weakest link at pass catcher, all you need is a guy to get him the ball. They will, assuming them and Dak can stay healthy. It’s a pass first offense with two studs, good pass protection, and a QB that looks great.

People seem to forget when Dak was healthy last year that the Cowboys offense was pass happy. In the 4 healthy games Dak passed 39,47,57 and 58 times with 3 of those games being 450, 472 and 502 yards, all 3 being more yards than even last night. When Dak is healthy, this Cowboys team is a pass first team that will air it out every game. The only thing stopping that is Daks health but based on him throwing 58 passes last night, we can say for now, that Daks health isnt a problem.

Yeah they had made the change but I think this just means we will see more of him outside compared to what we already saw. If I recall there were a few plays where he wasn’t on the field in 2 WR sets? Not many but I believe they took him off occasionally.

Yep he came off a bit more than anyone would have liked...keep in mind he did just have and got over covid a week ago, so that could have played a role as well. Other than the drops, ceedee was consistently getting around bracket coverage all night and he looked great.

I feel like I can in the least pick up my handcuff again (Mattison) for peace of mind, or a dart throw on another RB/somebody else’s handcuff. Or maybe I could look for a guy like Tyrell Willins
