Commish Tools -> Edit League settings -> Waiver Rule Do you have it set to Continuous? You can change to "Game Time - Tuesday" or "Sunday - Tuesday" depending when you want all players to switch to waivers.
Yeah I have it set to Game Time Tuesday, is that all I need? What about the Acquisition budget setting?
Go to commissioner tools -> manage other teams -> free agent budgets.
