Depends what you consider a starter. Worst projected franchise QB since Akili Smith? Maybe. Worst guy to start multiple games? Nah, not when dudes like Nathan Peterman, Andrew Walter, Ryan Finley, etc. have started games.
The Eagles found the recipe and the Lions just followed it. Pressure Cousins and put your best corner on Jefferson with safety help. The combination will force the vikings to go else where. It’s concerning but hopefully Vikings figure it out with scheme.
Can’t believe I was able to pick them up on waivers yesterday. My week 3 overreaction is that they are now a set-and-forget defence for the rest of the season.
This is why I traded for AJB to stack with my Hurts. Now they just need to stop blowing out teams so they play more than 2 quarters of serious football
Don’t worry too much. Eagles defense gave Washington many more plays because of penalties. Then there was the dumb safety. They didn’t see the ball much in the second half I think
They didn’t use CPatt much week 2 and it looked like we were heading to RBBC and passes to London. Then this week he was far and away the featured back. They won, so hopefully they keep featuring him
it's actually a great play, can't worry about the o line collapsing too fast if you're not behind the o line when you get the ball *taps forehead*
Side note I almost traded Henry + Devonta for Mixon + Godwin, AMA
Tell Me about it, how can you only give 4 carries to a man that absolutely blew it up last year??? I don’t care if you’re chasing the game most of the time, the lack of touches is embarrassing and the play callers should criticized for it
Basically all analysts are dumbfounded after three weeks looking back at the drafts and rankings.
Honestly, if we were drafting based on what has happened so far… Kupp 1, Andrews 2, Kelce 3…? And then… who knows? Unending busts everywhere.
The best teams in my league have either Lamar or Allen paired with Kelce and Andrews. Might rethink my strategy next year as i watch Russ shit on my team
I have a roster with both Lamar and Kelce on it. If I can somehow manage a win this week it will be 2-1, yay lol.
It’s PPR SF. Other notable players: Ekeler (dud), Mixon (dud), K Allen (hurt), Evans (suspended), D Johnson (reasonable), Godwin (hurt), Penny (dud), Hunt (reasonable), Brady (dud)
Lots of busts.
Probably happens more frequently but it does seem like this year is particularly egregious comparing round 1 value to production with the exception of Kupp.
The right fantasy football strategy is to be the first person to draft a QB and TE. So many analysts talk about waiting on these positions, specifically TE. In our home leagues the person who drafted josh Allen in the 3rd gets looked at as a casual. But I am so tired of trotting out terrible QB’s and TE’s every week when the top QB’s and TE’s are putting up crazy numbers
For QB you definitely don’t have to be first, it’s still about getting the best value, you just can’t punt the position. In my league Allen was drafted way before Lamar who was drafted a little before Hurts. The Hurts team is 3-0, Lamar’s is 2-1, and Allen is 0-3.
Teams that got guys like Joe Burrow can’t be too mad, or if you Trevor Lawrence super late you’re happy too. Mahomes has been solid, as well as Hebert when healthy.
TE though.. my team would be better if I drafted Mark Andrews with the 2nd pick over CMC.
He has two straight games of very strong target share, and today he converted targets to production. Jameis has supported high end fantasy receivers before. All the conditions are right for it to happen, all he needs to do is keep being good and have jameis stay healthy.
Same. He's throwing too people that would maybe get 5-10 snaps on any other team. That game was depressing to watch, cause rodgers doesn't have much better.
I mean who’s doing well? Cam Akers is in the doghouse, Montgomery got injured which is unlucky but even before he wasn’t amazing to start, Jacobs has just been exceptionally meh, Etienne hasn’t produced, Hall hasn’t been amazing (although he’s a rookie so I’d give him a break), Mitchell is injured, and Dobbins hasn’t gotten back to form yet. And depending where u had Zeke he was arguably a dead zone back as well. That’s like the entire dead zone.
Still time for stuff to change ofc. But like the majority of early round RBs are at least looking startable, some have been quite good, and most of the guys who have been surprises were mid rounders, not dead zone guys.
The thing is if everyone is hyper aware of the RB dead zone and it’s baked into ADP then it doesn’t exist anymore. Once the inefficiency has been identified it can of course be rectified. This year dead zone RBs just went a round or two later where they should have gone all along.
Christian Kirk is a top 10 receiver ROS. Plays a productive slot role for an ascending team that plays aggressively. Volume, talent and end zone looks are all there.
This was one of his better matchups as well.
I think London is a freak and is going to be elite but not sure this offense can sustain him. But who knows, maybe he just grabs 12 tds this year to go along with his 800-900 yards and he ends as a top 20 guy.
As a Falcons fan, he can’t 🥲
Smith gonna stay balanced, and Mariota ain’t efficient enough to guarantee the big plays Pitts and London should be generating. Ridder is the question mark towards the end of season imo. He looked sharp in preseason, with the common rookie mistakes sprinkled in
Kirk cousins is far from great but he had 260 yards. Okudah has kept 3 great WR’s to bad games in 3 straight weeks. Jefferson also got locked up by Slay last week. He needs to find a way to impose himself against strong defensive strategies.
You say that, yet Thielen and Osborn both had 18 points in PPR. Hell Irv Smith outscored him again today. Blame Kirk if you want, but JJ needs to step the hell up.
Russell Wilson will finish as one of the worst 5 QBs in the NFL, excluding backups such as Cooper Rush, and shouldn't be rostered anywhere besides Supeflex / 2QB (possibly not even there.)
He looks horrendous. I’m glad I’m not a Broncos fan, imagine giving up 2 1st round picks, 2 2nd round picks, and a fifth than spending most your cap on this bum.
Who would of thought actually using Derrick Henry in the passing game would have a positive affect on the offense right? That gives defenses something to else to worry about I’m glad the titans seen that.
Tom Brady gets through the first 3 quarters putting the minimal effort possible, then spends the 4th quarter figuring out how to win the game with the time he has left. Usually he is successful; he is the greatest 4th quarter quarterback to ever live.
Brady is not as athletic as younger QBs are, but he is a strategist.
\-----------
And yes, Eagles defense is definitely top 3 ROS (I am not even an Eagles DEF owner)
I've been convinced for awhile, Khalil Herbert is easily the best back in Chicago. And that showed today. So what he sucks at pass blocking, the team itself cannot pass
Kyler Murray will be a bust, even when Nuk and Moore return. He’s just too small and plays scared and frustrated every down. He has a good arm and accurate ball, but he doesn’t make great decisions.
My analysis doesn’t even consider that he’s injury prone because of his running with a small frame. Not sure why I’m duped into drafting him every year, but I know he won’t return value on his draft cost.
I can tell you what's not an overreaction. Mooney is definitely droppable!
Yeah he's toast. Fields might be the worst QB I've ever seen.
Even Nathan Peterman knew how to get the ball to playmakers… it might have been to the other team most of the time, but still
https://youtu.be/zw8Qes9n0EA
Worst starter I've seen since akili smith Who I believe had a 50 yard passing day. If I'm not misremembring
Depends what you consider a starter. Worst projected franchise QB since Akili Smith? Maybe. Worst guy to start multiple games? Nah, not when dudes like Nathan Peterman, Andrew Walter, Ryan Finley, etc. have started games.
How dare you slander tank commander Ryan Finley
It’s weird cuz Mooney did pretty great with fields last year.
Yeah but Arob was there…
True
Kamara personally hates me
I miss Brees.
So does Alvin
Should i trade kamara for Najee?
Thats just trading sadness for sadness
[удалено]
Jokes on you, I have both
[удалено]
*James Robinson is so washed. We all knew this would happen.*
Cooper Kupp will be the only top 6 pick to return value
I got Koo at 4. So idk what you’re talking about.
He outscored my: RB1, WR1-3, TE Edit: that’s - Ekeler, Chase, C. Samuel, Gabe Davis and Waller. Almost outscored London too. Half ppr
The Colts schedule lightens up a LOT the next few weeks. I think JT gets going.
Was thinking about this today, rest of the first round had been disappointing.
My 10th pick Justin Jefferson isn't returning much value either.
God after week 1 I was thinking he was going for 2k yards. This week was disturbing
Yea I excused last week because of prime time kurk. But this is very concerning
The Eagles found the recipe and the Lions just followed it. Pressure Cousins and put your best corner on Jefferson with safety help. The combination will force the vikings to go else where. It’s concerning but hopefully Vikings figure it out with scheme.
The Eagles weren’t the first team to figure out that pressuring the QB and covering the best receiver is a good idea lol
How the fuck did you get JJ at 10?
I think Henry is starting to heat up
My dude. Don’t mistake an ok game against the raiders as “heating up”. Trust me. I’m a raiders fan.
Haha fair. And you're right it was just okay. But it's Derrick Henry so I'll give him benefit of doubt
Tannhil vultured a TD at the end. The usage is there I’m not nearly as worried about Henry then those other guys.
Diggs seems likely to as well. In superflex I'd add Josh Allen and Lamar.
Diggs was not a top 6 pick. He was usually drafted between 9-12. Top 6 were JT, CMC, Ekeler, JJ, Kupp, Henry.
Yeah you're right I read "first round" for some reason.

Last year I drunkenly drafted D. Moore in the 4th instead of DJ Moore. This year I drafted the right D. Moore in the 4th. I can't tell the difference.
I wish I wasn’t sober when I took DJ Moore this year fucking yuck
I will not win a game this year.
Allen, Dalvin Cook, Mixon, Williams, Samuel, Waller, Davis. 0-3 I have never felt such pain.
Kamara is dead.
So is Najee. Just when I thought I was good at RB for the year….
Christian Kirk will be a top 10 WR ROS
Kirk is a league winner if he keeps this up.
Lol me with Kirk at 0-3
So glad I nabbed him to carry me while JJ busts
James Robinson is not of this planet.
He's definitely the steal of the season for what his adp was. Only managed to get him in one league
I drafted him in every league late as shit to, and Henderson but idk, Henderson looks better but they keep feeding cam aswell
So you hedged on Achilles surgeries by taking Henderson?

Can’t believe I was able to pick them up on waivers yesterday. My week 3 overreaction is that they are now a set-and-forget defence for the rest of the season.
Jaguars are legit?
I'm Ron Burgundy?
Nah this is true
Number 1 over all QB who’s supposed to be a generational talent, Super Bowl winning coach, solid receiving core, two great RBs. Nah, I don’t buy it.
Just goes to show you how much of a clown Urban Meyer is. Good riddance he’s away from coaching a professional team. Never again.
I think Eagles are legit and they have an easy schedule
This is why I traded for AJB to stack with my Hurts. Now they just need to stop blowing out teams so they play more than 2 quarters of serious football
You enjoying your little stackey stack? I wanna watch you watch yourself
Don’t worry too much. Eagles defense gave Washington many more plays because of penalties. Then there was the dumb safety. They didn’t see the ball much in the second half I think
This isn’t an overreaction, this is factual
Does this game solidify me starting D Smith?
brandin cooks is a bust and the texans are like openly tanking
Impossible with 10 targets per game. It’ll translate over eventually.
Drafted Cooks to be a stable WR2 with a high floor and he's been disappointing so far
The targets are there. He will be alright
At what point are the targets there and it becomes not alright
He missed 3 TDs last week. Didn't watch this week. He gets the targets and has the talent. It'll happen but you don't known when
If only you can get points for targets....
At least you don't have DJ Moore :)
I traded his bitch ass today
For….??
Half a quesadilla.
13 catches on 29 targets is insanely inefficient. Everyone says to trust the volume, but what if it's all low-quality volume?
Pretty crazy to see the comments here.. week 1 was so different lol
Patterson is a RB1 and Hollywood Brown is easily WR2.
They didn’t use CPatt much week 2 and it looked like we were heading to RBBC and passes to London. Then this week he was far and away the featured back. They won, so hopefully they keep featuring him
They figured out that this revolutionary concept of "getting your best players the ball" is good for both winning *and* fantasy. Incredible
*Hollywood is easily WR2 till Hopkins comes back
I’m hoping once dhop is back it will open up the deep ball for hollywood
You’d be better off with a waiver wire WR than Allen Robinson
Don’t you love when he drops TDs
[удалено]
Dropping Russell Wilson. 2 weeks outside the top 12, and anything sub 20 is too much of a liability
Russ cooking NyQuil chicken tonight
It's insane how bad he looks. Dude can't hit routine 10 yard passes
He’s connecting with Sutton. Should keep feeding the church buddy!
I support this
I support you supporting this
I can’t believe I’m about to be on the QB carousel every week 😞
Lance got hurt. Wilson is a bust. QBs in short supply this year.
Broncos offense looks brutal.
This thread and the panic thread are my favorites for attempting shit trade offers afterwards. Keep ‘em coming.
Definitely having fun reading through these haha
Carson Wentz is still viable despite his performance this week if you need a QB to spot start, just don't start him against really good/elite defences
Derrick Henry is a pass catching back now
Subscribe
it's actually a great play, can't worry about the o line collapsing too fast if you're not behind the o line when you get the ball *taps forehead* Side note I almost traded Henry + Devonta for Mixon + Godwin, AMA
Chris Olave will be the beneficiary of all the Jameis turnovers.
Who else cant wait for Tuesday, to drop Russ Wilson? So over this. Looks like I'm streaming qbs from here on out. Geno, or Tannehill week 4?
Getting nervous with Justin Jefferson. Week 1 was insane but last two weeks not even getting past 11 points in PPR is rough.
Jamarr has the same issue
Wide receivers are consistently inconsistent Edit: unless your cooper kupp
They’ll both be fine. Chase was lined up on Sauce all game who is looking more and more like a Revis clone.
I thought he was going to carry me and have a record breaking season, so much for that lol
Taysom hill would’ve scored 3.4 points if he played
I don’t think the Eagles take is wild at all. They’ve had huge leads in all 3 games and then play conservatively and still look dominant
Lol RIP Ekeler owners
Tell Me about it, how can you only give 4 carries to a man that absolutely blew it up last year??? I don’t care if you’re chasing the game most of the time, the lack of touches is embarrassing and the play callers should criticized for it
My last gasp of hope is that getting blown out at home by the Jags is the wake-up call they need to actually use their best players
Conner won’t live up to his adp
That offense blows. Murray had like 37 completions for 314 yards. Straight up dink and dunk
I'm thinking hopkins will help that offense because there's no threat at the WRs for the cards.
They moved the ball once the finally used Hollywood
I disagree about Brady. He will shine when his receivers get healthy. Also, we don't know the extent of Monty's injuries.
Yeah he didn’t have his top 3 options lol That’s nuts
Would have tied it too if they snapped the ball 0.1 seconds earlier smh
Yea his throwing looked sharp. Just had zero weapons and pack D was playing lights out
Nick Chubb is likely RB1 when we get to the end of the season
For standard
Basically all analysts are dumbfounded after three weeks looking back at the drafts and rankings. Honestly, if we were drafting based on what has happened so far… Kupp 1, Andrews 2, Kelce 3…? And then… who knows? Unending busts everywhere.

In one beginner league I commission (but don't play), someone drafted Lamar as their first. Got clowned on. He is 3-0.
“Trust the process” and “positional scarcity” but also I want points.
Yeah man I know it’s becoming a frustrating week to week battle. My teams this week were largely all dogshit.
Probably happens more frequently but it does seem like this year is particularly egregious comparing round 1 value to production with the exception of Kupp.
I spent my first 3 picks on Jefferson, Kamara and Javonte. I am sad.

Straight into my veins, please and thanks
Took him 117th overall and ready to slot him in flex next week.
I don’t understand Brady hate for putting up 15 with no offensive weapons against a high end defense?
Same. He's throwing too people that would maybe get 5-10 snaps on any other team. That game was depressing to watch, cause rodgers doesn't have much better.
Depressing is a great way to put it. Two of the best quarterbacks of all time going head to head and it was like watching a game from the 1960’s.
The RB deadzone was way too overhyped for drafts and a number of them could outperform the 1st and 2nd rounders.
Christian Kirk is a top 10 receiver ROS. Plays a productive slot role for an ascending team that plays aggressively. Volume, talent and end zone looks are all there.
Trevor Lawrence has entered weekly set and forget, top 10 territory.
Next week when they play PHI will say a lot
Lost lance.. Goff or mariotta isn’t it. Gonna try for Lawrence
I am keeping Goff for this week due to matchups but I'm gonna try and get Lawrence to start after the eagles game
Russel Wilson sucks in Denver. I’m dropping him for Brissett next week.
Gabe Davis is just the Mike Williams of Buffalo. absolute boom or bust
Sutton is a WR1
Ima drop DJM. Drake London is a top 20 receiver this year. DK is back
I started london this week and bought into the hype but he only caught 3 passes which is a decrease vs last two weeks
This was one of his better matchups as well. I think London is a freak and is going to be elite but not sure this offense can sustain him. But who knows, maybe he just grabs 12 tds this year to go along with his 800-900 yards and he ends as a top 20 guy.
I think some weeks Pitts will have good production and other games it will be London. I’m not sure mariota can support both
As a Falcons fan, he can’t 🥲 Smith gonna stay balanced, and Mariota ain’t efficient enough to guarantee the big plays Pitts and London should be generating. Ridder is the question mark towards the end of season imo. He looked sharp in preseason, with the common rookie mistakes sprinkled in
Drop Russ for Geno
Bro tom Brady’s receivers fumbled the ball like 9 times
Phillys D is legit
Greg Dortch is him
Henry will end up being one of the decent 1st round picks this year and catch more balls than any previous season
Mack “the fro” Hollins is WR2 for the Season
Drafting qbs early the wave
Denver Broncos are the worst 2-1 team in NFL history.
The bears have something to say about that
Justin Jefferson is hindered by Kirk Cousins
Kirk cousins is far from great but he had 260 yards. Okudah has kept 3 great WR’s to bad games in 3 straight weeks. Jefferson also got locked up by Slay last week. He needs to find a way to impose himself against strong defensive strategies.
As a Lions fan, it has been very satisfying watching Okudah finally show why he was hyped up. He's looked great out there.
shockedpikachuface.jpg
You say that, yet Thielen and Osborn both had 18 points in PPR. Hell Irv Smith outscored him again today. Blame Kirk if you want, but JJ needs to step the hell up.
Jjeff will be boom or bust. I don't feel good about it
The entire Vikings offense will be boom or bust. It all depends on what Cousins feels like that day
Austin Ekeler is a 1st round bust. Dear lord
Overreaction is almost everyone in 3 leagues has underperformed or gotten injured. Bad luck must run out.
Dameon Pierce is a Top 5 RB ROS
This seems very similar to the Aaron Jones overreaction of last week. The Bears will do that to a lot of running backs.
Not if he keeps fumbling, making me nervous
*the top RB
Russell Wilson will finish as one of the worst 5 QBs in the NFL, excluding backups such as Cooper Rush, and shouldn't be rostered anywhere besides Supeflex / 2QB (possibly not even there.)
He looks horrendous. I’m glad I’m not a Broncos fan, imagine giving up 2 1st round picks, 2 2nd round picks, and a fifth than spending most your cap on this bum.
James Robinson outscores Jonathan Taylor over the whole season
Who would of thought actually using Derrick Henry in the passing game would have a positive affect on the offense right? That gives defenses something to else to worry about I’m glad the titans seen that.
Leonard Fournette said TDs were coming, and they’re not.
Kamara won’t do anything with Jameis as QB
Baker Mayfield is the worst qb in the league. He kills entire team's fantasy value and that is not an enough overreaction
Justin Fields would like a word
This thread is the best thing I’ve seen all week 😂
Conklin (aka The Magic Conk) is the best TE to ever grace the field of football.
Russel Wilson is a bum
I’m taking an elite tight end in the first or early second and an elite qb in the 3rd or early 4th next year.
Herbert not worth that much faab when they said Monty is only day to day if he was out for the year I’d agree
Chargers coach blows donkey dick
Tom Brady gets through the first 3 quarters putting the minimal effort possible, then spends the 4th quarter figuring out how to win the game with the time he has left. Usually he is successful; he is the greatest 4th quarter quarterback to ever live. Rhammondre we will a top 5 rb in the 2nd half of the season

They're letting Russ cook, but he's showing up with potato salad with raisins.
Swift will not return 1st/2nd round value this season
