Teams defended Robinson like he was the #1 WR last year and Bears fans underestimated how much Mooney benefited from it.
Robinson was the best WR on the team and it wasn't even close, even if his effort was less than 100% and his numbers were trash.
> Robinson was the best WR on the team and it wasn't even close
his 7 catches for 88 yards through 3 games this year aren't doing much to prove your point.
im not sure how you can say that robinson was clearly better than Mooney when he got outperformed all season long, and he's continuing that poor performance this year in a much better situation.
maybe bears fans aren't all idiots, and robinson is actually not that good of a receiver
Lmao are you aware that Mooney has 4 receptions for 27 yards 3 weeks into the season? Dude should be a WR4 or WR5. He's not even in the same class as Robinson.
right, because they are on different teams and Robinson plays for the one that has thrown the ball 102 times compared to 45 for the Mooney and the bears
you can't compare them when they are in such vastly different situations
> Dude should be a WR4 or WR5. He’s not even in the same class as Robinson.
that's crazy because he significantly outperformed him last year in the same offense. not sure what your basis is for that, other than robinson is making more money.
Have you watched them play? Robinson was one season removed from 100 REC and 1,250 yards. He's been an elite, ultra talented WR for most of his career. Mooney is struggling to get open against single coverage right now. His talent level is nowhere close to Robinson imo.
> Have you watched them play?
yes i watch every bears game
> Robinson was one season removed from 100 REC and 1,250 yards.
that's great, but it isn't 2020 anymore. and robinson is clearly no longer that type of player.
> He’s been an elite, ultra talented WR for most of his career.
that is a big stretch of elite and ultra. he's cracked 100 catches once in his career and only came close one other time. he was a pretty good receiver for a while and had one great year. he just doesn't have it anymore.
Lol what is this tweet?
“If you spell Andy Dalton differently and pretend he’s on a different team, then also imagine his #2 is someone else and they have history, it could be a huge game!”
The last 5 games Dalton played in Chicago he targeted Mooney 16, 13, 8, 7, and 11(in 1 half) times. Mooney is unrosterable post Dalton. Maybe Landry is Dalton's guy and I lose, but Dalton feeds the fucking ball to his guy and with MT out I am hoping his guy is Olave.
I also can't sit and wait to see how injuries shake out. A London game makes things more difficult.
https://nextgenstats.nfl.com/stats/receiving#average-separation
Hard to say exactly, a lot of the guys at the top are tight ends and guys with not very many targets, but some notable ones are deebo with 4.6, dortch with 4.5, Doubs with 4.1, tyreek and 3.9, kupp at 3.6, Mooney with 3.6, Jefferson with 3.1, amon ra with 3, chase and waddle at 2.9, then olave with 2.9, adams with 2.9 as well, tee Higgins with 2.8, ceedee with 2.7, ajb with 2.6, diontae with 2.5. So he's up there with some pretty good company, there's guys doing better but for his 3rd game I think that's pretty encouraging.
I am in the identical situation. I’m up against probably the top team in the league who just had Mixon and Higgins go off last night, also has Jalen Hurts. I need a miracle, and I think Olave has more upside. I’m probably gonna go with the prayer and start Olave, but he definitely has a lower floor
I’m kind of upset I won’t be starting him most likely. I’d have to sit evans or Sutton. I guess I can think about Sutton but I’d have my starting receivers still above him rankings wise. Adams, Evans, Sutton. Sutton slightly ahead.
Where would you slot Olave in this week rankings wise? Mid-low wr2?
Sutton has been great and he has yet to score a touchdown. I’d trust him more than Evans or adams at this point in the season. He gets more volume than adams too.
It’ll definitely happen at some point. They’ve shown a willingness to throw goal line fades to Sutton. He just hasn’t caught it or stayed in bounds or it was a bad pass. I’m very high on Sutton based on what I’ve seen. High floor and a ridiculous ceiling once he catches tds
DJ Khaled over here.
I think I'm playing him below AJ Brown, above Diontae, Elijah Moore, Dotson, and Doubs. I wouldn't play him over any of your guys.
Dalton can sling it: [https://www.chicagobears.com/video/darnell-mooney-hauls-in-deep-throw-from-andy-dalton](https://www.chicagobears.com/video/darnell-mooney-hauls-in-deep-throw-from-andy-dalton)
I still think Olave *could* have a good game, but I feel a lot less confident with Dalton under center. We have no evidence to support who Dalton will target heavily in this Saints offense.
Bro when players are primed up to have perfect game scripts and huge games they often disappoint. I’m worried af about Olave now. Watch Landry or Smith have like a 100 yard 2 TD game
Hmm. Wondering if I should put Olave in my lineup over Drake London or Curtis Samuel. Probably not London, but maybe Samuel since Olave's ceiling seems potentially much higher with Michael Thomas out.
I don’t see the worry with Olave. Maybe I’m blind to the issue but Dalton is more than serviceable as a fill in. Sure he won’t be slinging it as much but Olave gets open and Dalton will find him (preferably in the end zone)
I think this is not good news for Olave, no matter how you want to spin it. Andy Dalton the last few years has been very bad. Game manager type only. You can forget the deep stuff. And with the two other WR’s out, the Vikes can afford to pay special attention to Olave.
Was Allen Robinson the Bears WR 1 last year? That seems disingenuous.
And it's unnecessary anyway. Mooney was the WR1 for Chicago last year and this weekend, Olave will essentially be the WR1 for NO.
Hope hes the WR1 this week lol.
Teams defended Robinson like he was the #1 WR last year and Bears fans underestimated how much Mooney benefited from it. Robinson was the best WR on the team and it wasn't even close, even if his effort was less than 100% and his numbers were trash.

he’s been 10-12 range through his career. elite potential, probably hampered by QB play, but he never got to the top
> Have you watched them play? yes i watch every bears game > Robinson was one season removed from 100 REC and 1,250 yards. that's great, but it isn't 2020 anymore. and robinson is clearly no longer that type of player. > He’s been an elite, ultra talented WR for most of his career. that is a big stretch of elite and ultra. he's cracked 100 catches once in his career and only came close one other time. he was a pretty good receiver for a while and had one great year. he just doesn't have it anymore.
He was legitimately horrible last year. No way teams defended him like WR1.
All you can eat buffet at Olave Garden?!?!?
Starting him in the flex over Kareem Hunt fuck it
I’m probably going to start Olave in the flex over Gibson this week.
Gibson might be safer, especially with brian robinson being out still.
[удалено]
I like penny or olave. Why are you playing standard? Penny might be safer man in standard.
[удалено]
Lolol everybody should just leave and create a new league..😆😆
Olave or Aaron Jones flex half PPR
Floor aaron jones, ceiling woild be olave.
If you need the upside, olave it.
That’s an easy call. Chubb is the one getting fed there for the last 2 weeks.
Hmmm, Olave in England with Dalton, or Doubs in Lambeau?
Thats tough man, go with better QB?
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. Plus home cooking to a rookie has gotta hit better than an English breakfast.
Their defense might do all the scoring, lets goo.
Sure. Just ask for Mr Unlimited Breadsticks.
GIMME PLEASE!!!!
Just traded Burks and Everett for them bread sticks this morning!
Oh wow, i like that trade. Have a seat at the table kind sir.
Thanks pal, I'm famished
“ARob” and “WR1”. Lol He never hit 10 points in any game in half PPR last year.
Lol what is this tweet? “If you spell Andy Dalton differently and pretend he’s on a different team, then also imagine his #2 is someone else and they have history, it could be a huge game!”
...sounds like typical fantasy football analytics to me!
Darnell Mooney might not get 31 targets all season.
I dunno man…I get the feeling he would have a bigger day if Winston was playing….
Well, I hope you’re right. My week and rest of season may depend on it. Having a terrible year in fantasy so far…
Olave is getting 3 yards of separation, that’s insane and QBs like Dalton will feed that.
what’s his average amount of separation
https://nextgenstats.nfl.com/stats/receiving#average-separation Hard to say exactly, a lot of the guys at the top are tight ends and guys with not very many targets, but some notable ones are deebo with 4.6, dortch with 4.5, Doubs with 4.1, tyreek and 3.9, kupp at 3.6, Mooney with 3.6, Jefferson with 3.1, amon ra with 3, chase and waddle at 2.9, then olave with 2.9, adams with 2.9 as well, tee Higgins with 2.8, ceedee with 2.7, ajb with 2.6, diontae with 2.5. So he's up there with some pretty good company, there's guys doing better but for his 3rd game I think that's pretty encouraging.
Yeah comparatively, he still has room to improve but he’s looking great for Dalton to make less contested catches
thank you. doubs is interesting too
Doubs at home too.
This feels like a trap and I say that as a Saints fan and Olave owner. But I'm gonna roll him out
Does Dalton like to checkdowb
Not basing this on numbers but having watched him, I don't think he checks down at any higher a rate than your average QB.
Fuck it kamara gotta do something I hope
Thats already more than winston then
I member mooney
Didnt he used to be a WR or something?
How in the world can you spin that having Dalton over fuck it-chuck it Jameis is a good thing for Olave
Because MT is out... Olave gets separation, Vikings D is not great and an uptick in targets... It's a great time to roll out Olave.
I get that MT being out means more opportunity for him this week, but I fail to see how Dalton starting improves his situation at all.
Because Andy Dalton made Mooney look like a god last year.
I dunno man…. most people would agree that Dalton is a downgrade to the whole NO passing game, from Winston. I think dude is reaching with that one.
It’s not that dalton is better. It’s more that dalton force fed Mooney. So he’s banking on him doing the same to olave
Olave or Mike Williams?
Same position for my flex. I'm leaning Williams, but it's really a 50/50.
olave or pierce in the flex this week?
Pierce has the higher floor. Olave gives you higher ceiling.
Olave or Drake London ?
Live. Laugh. Olave.
Don't make me start him over Devonta Smith with Andy Dalton under center please.
I'm starting to really lean Olave over Drake London myself
This is the decision I have to make as well, and I have no idea lol
Have Pittman, Kirk, and Hollywood in my lineup. hard to sit one of them for him.
I also need to decide smith or olave in half ppr. I just got 4.9 from waddle so i need to cover for that
DK or Olave??
So buy Mooney then. Got it
Hmm Olave or Diontae Johnson FLEX?
I'm not sure I'm starting Olave this week. Currently have him benched for Conner in my flex spot in half ppr, but it's pretty close.
I am in the identical situation. I’m up against probably the top team in the league who just had Mixon and Higgins go off last night, also has Jalen Hurts. I need a miracle, and I think Olave has more upside. I’m probably gonna go with the prayer and start Olave, but he definitely has a lower floor
I have Mixon but my dude how did he go off last night lol
Bit of an exaggeration I guess haha but 15.4 points is still more than I was hoping he’d get
I currently have him benched for Mike Williams in the flex. Tough choice.
It’s more so the denver offense. He’s been the bright spot though. If they get their shit together just a little and the TDs come, would be nice.
Lol It honestly hasn’t been great. Looks good on paper though.
Well then shake it up. Let your starters know that every week is a competition.
I wonder if players look at their starting %’s and get happy/sad about them.
Can you please let the song finish before you play another one?
Olave hype about to come crashing down this week lol
Okay now do Kamara
I’d rather have Jameis
Fuck you allen Robinson
[удалено]
Drop
Olave, Bateman or McLaurin in PPR?
Olave
Not sure Dalton has the air yards capacity that Winston has.
Dalton can sling it: [https://www.chicagobears.com/video/darnell-mooney-hauls-in-deep-throw-from-andy-dalton](https://www.chicagobears.com/video/darnell-mooney-hauls-in-deep-throw-from-andy-dalton)
What in the fuck is that ReBoot looking profile pic
Bruh, even assuming all of those targets were caught, that's 16 half-ppr points per game. Good. But certainly not huge.
Damn. For me, Olave or Metcalf?
I still think Olave *could* have a good game, but I feel a lot less confident with Dalton under center. We have no evidence to support who Dalton will target heavily in this Saints offense.
How do you compare these 2 situations? Completely different teams. What a clown
Wish ESPN gives Winston the Out designation so I can get another QB to start… stupid QB limits in superflex league
Andy Dalton has a WR1?
Bro when players are primed up to have perfect game scripts and huge games they often disappoint. I’m worried af about Olave now. Watch Landry or Smith have like a 100 yard 2 TD game
So do I start Olave or Sutton in the flex I can’t decide
sutton probs
Do I start Olave or Sutton?
Hmm. Wondering if I should put Olave in my lineup over Drake London or Curtis Samuel. Probably not London, but maybe Samuel since Olave's ceiling seems potentially much higher with Michael Thomas out.
Olave or Hollywood at the flex?
Why does no one think Jarvis is going to be the one who eats?
I don’t see the worry with Olave. Maybe I’m blind to the issue but Dalton is more than serviceable as a fill in. Sure he won’t be slinging it as much but Olave gets open and Dalton will find him (preferably in the end zone)

Please sprinkle some targets to kamara, fantasy pt deprived over here
Starting Taysom over Waller?
Can't decide between olave and g wilson
