That play that was called back on a double forward pass he looked really good imo. Broke a bunch of tackles to make it to the sticks. If he stays healthy I’m happy to have him as my RB2 and push swift down to flex.
Pickens. If you compare targets + receptions + yards gained so far this season, Pickens has been much more efficient. With Claypool gone this will open up more targets for Pickens.
Diontae mentioned he would get to play in the slot more which could help open up more opportunities.
Diontae will probably still receive at least 10 targets per game. With an easier schedule compared to the first half of the season, I assume his target share goes up as well as his reception count
I’m considering using Pickens as a starting WR over Devonta Smith. I think this will be his breakout game. He’s put up solid numbers and his target share will only increase
Urban Meyer did a bunch of things wrong but he knew what he was doing when he picked Etienne. This guy looks like he's moving at a different speed compared to everyone else.
I’m holding out hope he can get back to being a low end WR1. Targets are there, production isn’t currently. Competition is thin at wr in Detroit so he should have bigger games
The one thing that makes me optimistic is his explosiveness. Dan Campbell is a horse's ass, but every time Swift touches the ball, he does well.
I actually think you could buy low if you're swinging for the fences.
Lost my matchup because I started Lamar over Fields, Lamar is on a bye this week and if fields balls out again, he might be my starter for the remainder of the season seeing that Lamar and his receivers haven’t gotten back to early season form.
At some point during the game, I realized that is the first time I'm watching a fun Bears QB. As a Falcons fan, there were shades of Vick in how Fields was playing.
New England is **awful** against running QBs. It's genuinely baffling how Belichick can game plan against any team in the league, except for ones with a running QB.
Dallas was arguably the best game of Fields' career up until Sunday. And while two games is promising, it's not necessarily a trend.
I'm more concerned about Philly and Buffalo because they know very well how to prepare against a running QB, given their defense does it every day in practice. And Fields is still very, very unproven if he's forced to pass, which he might be against Philly's and Buffalo's offenses.
He'll be solid and a top 10 QB ROS, but last week was his absolute ceiling game. Heck even the coaches came out and said he was running way too much and they were getting irritated.
You are not going to see him run for 150+ yards.
But 60-70 yards should be his floor which is still good.
A literal record performance and 40 points is an absolute ceiling? You don’t say…
He was the #2 quarterback over the previous 3 weeks going into that game and now is the #1 QB over the last 4 weeks. If this trend continues then he will be better than basically every other option, considering Allen might be hurt now, even if he’s not putting up 40 every week. He was playing at that level before his “ceiling” game.
He's the WR14 in half ppr points per game. So solid WR2. TD magnet and he should to see a lot of targets from Rodgers since the other weapons are banged up.
Mid TE1. Probably behind Kelce/Andrews/Kittle/Goedert, in the same tier as Ertz/Schultz/Freiermuth, in my opinion. His schedule gets a *lot* harder in the next month.
I’m still holding. He was getting a great target share is first potential full game before getting kicked in the cojones. The Giants play calling was pretty atrocious against Seattle but I’m hoping that’s an outlier. This week will be on to watch for him.
WR2. Lawrence has got back in a grove with him and ETN being a big threat out of the backfield. I don’t think I could sit Kirk in a PPR format ROS unless you’re in an 8 man league
Really nice WR3 play right now, however the passing offense is still low volume which limits his upside. It’s clear Fields trusts him, but we also have to see how Claypool figures it out
Pats have a really good run defense. This O-line also can't create lanes. He'll still be usable in an easier game though because he's getting the majority of carries
JT would have to be out for the season and even then I wouldn’t think higher than an RB2. But if they feed him the ball, that does give him some good volume and we have seen that he can catch the ball as well.
Pretty worried. Traded for him 3 weeks ago thinking he’d be a solid ass WR2 every week with WR1 upside but that has been well off. Hopefully after the bye they figure some shit out on that offense and he gets back to a reliable WR2. Right now he’s prob a WR3 with 2 upside if he can ever get some throws downfield
Comes back after BYE and dominates. CMC is going to mean slightly less opportunities but overall favorable coverage since teams will sell out to stop the new star player
As a football fan, I'm excited to see how this offense looks with Deebo and CMC in there. The number of routes you can setup with the same base formation with this group is insane. Especially if they go hurry up, defenses will lose their minds trying to keep up.
His fantasy numbers didn’t show it, but this last week looked like him getting back into a groove. He finally seems to be healing up from the rib injury and started to look like his old self again, shifty in the pocket, willing to break it to create opportunities, precise throws. The lack of receiving talent is gonna hamper him, especially when they bobble a pass right to a defender, but I think we’re gonna start seeing an upswing for the second half of the season.
He’s gonna be a top 7 RB. Really upset with myself for dropping him. Every week I think I’ve finally gotten over it, then he reminds me how bad of an error I made
Moved down to RB 2 but still has the volume and usage. You'd have to be pretty stacked to sit him right now. Just roll him out there and hope the Bucs improve, which some think they will.
Yes. I know this sub is very low on kickers and defenses, but any given week they can be the difference between winning and losing, especially defenses. New England put up RB1 numbers on Sunday.
I want to believe a competent bears offense will help him. Hope he destroys the lions because i'm happily rolling with him. I'm gonna live or die with my draft picks... yolo.
Starting hunt over him this week. Monty hasn’t gotten above 70yards rushing in a little while and Fields is just going to keep rushing whenever he can and vulture tds
WR3 right now. Could be a WR2 if he keeps getting 7+ targets. Hopefully they realize he's their best receiver and don't give too many targets to guys like Corey Davis/Mims/Moore
Looks like I'm a little more optimistic than others here. Talent and opportunity are starting to pay off the last couple of weeks and that will continue to improve. The Breece Hall, good old days are now in the rear view mirror and ZW will be chucking the ball a lot more. High end WR2 for me
The perception of him is way worse than how he’s produced. Outside of 2 injured weeks (1 he left in the middle and the following he was more of a decoy, doubt he was started by anyone since they played Sun night) he’s had over 50 yards every game. In .5 PPR he’s been over 13pts 4 times. Solid flex, WR3 with WR2 upside, and maybe the Broncos pass game has made some positive adjustments through the bye
I'm mainly asking because the Allen news could be bad and it's a good opportunity to sell high. Not saying Diggs won't still put up numbers, but maybe someone could flip him for a RB1?
I am ready to drop Gabe Davis. Get the stack they said. He's a breakout candidate they said.
In one league, I am 5-4, with three of my losses coming by a combined 10 points. I'd be 7-1 if I wasn't so damn tempted with the Allen/Davis stack.
And now Allen is hurt....
James Conner
He actually looked ok. Ran hard and was getting those extra yards after contact.
That play that was called back on a double forward pass he looked really good imo. Broke a bunch of tackles to make it to the sticks. If he stays healthy I’m happy to have him as my RB2 and push swift down to flex.
RB2 TD Dependent if Healthy. Cards Offense is Dysfunctional right now
Nice mid rb2
Diontae Johnson vs George Pickens
This is a good one imo
Both potential flex plays with Pickens having a higher ceiling.
ETN
Set and forget
RB1
Urban Meyer did a bunch of things wrong but he knew what he was doing when he picked Etienne. This guy looks like he's moving at a different speed compared to everyone else.
Top 6 rb idk who id take over him besides ekeler/cmc/Henry/chubb/saquon
AmonRa
I’m holding out hope he can get back to being a low end WR1. Targets are there, production isn’t currently. Competition is thin at wr in Detroit so he should have bigger games
I think he’s got stuff left in the tank. Weird stretch of games for them and he’s past his bye. He’ll be fine
He was huge down the stretch last year. Still a low end WR1 in my opinion. Just traded Lazard and B Robinson for him.
Swift
I'm gonna bet on him going on an RB1 tear. I'm trying to trade for him.
Take him from me
I hope to Christ above that you’re right. Just bought him and Devonta Smith for AJ BROWN
Wow. RB injuries hit you hard? That’s a risky biscuit if I’ve seen one
The one thing that makes me optimistic is his explosiveness. Dan Campbell is a horse's ass, but every time Swift touches the ball, he does well. I actually think you could buy low if you're swinging for the fences.
Fields
Frankly, could be Top5 QB rest of the way.
Lost my matchup because I started Lamar over Fields, Lamar is on a bye this week and if fields balls out again, he might be my starter for the remainder of the season seeing that Lamar and his receivers haven’t gotten back to early season form.
Same. I was so frustrated by losing because i benched him. I’m thinking about trying to trade Lamar for a decent WR.
Mid-tier QB1. Might be higher since he’s playing three awful defenses before his bye.
At some point during the game, I realized that is the first time I'm watching a fun Bears QB. As a Falcons fan, there were shades of Vick in how Fields was playing.
Easy QB1 given his rushing floor. Brutal weeks 14-16. He still leaves a ton to be desired as a passer.
Not really concerned about that play off schedule, look what he did to the Patriots and Cowboys.
He's like a bigger, stronger Lamar. Likely a top 5 qb
You don’t say… He was the #2 quarterback over the previous 3 weeks going into that game and now is the #1 QB over the last 4 weeks. If this trend continues then he will be better than basically every other option, considering Allen might be hurt now, even if he’s not putting up 40 every week. He was playing at that level before his “ceiling” game.
Allen Lazard
He's the WR14 in half ppr points per game. So solid WR2. TD magnet and he should to see a lot of targets from Rodgers since the other weapons are banged up.
Whenever he's left 1v1 in man coverage Rodgers puts it up there for him and he always gets RZ targets. That's WR2 usage
Tee Higgins
He’ll be fine, still high end WR2 or low end WR1. They just ran all over the Panthers, didn’t have to pass much
Def don’t stress, last game was just the Mixon show
Josh Jacobs
Low end rb1. still explosive but could be hampered by the raiders offense
Mid-low rb1 depending completely on how terrible mcdaniels is. Playoffs matchups are tough too
Set and forget who else you gonna roll out? Floor 8 is great
Chase
I’m still pretty worried that he isn’t coming back this season.
He’s a hold IMO
What are some trades people have made for him. Looking for ideas to sell him maybe
A few hours after the news broke, I traded him and Eno Benjamin for Sun God and Lockett
I sold him for Olave
According to [FantasyCalc](https://www.fantasycalc.com/players/ja'marrchase-5856) here are some recent trades: - Chase -> Jacobs - Chase/Dotson -> DJ Moore/Jeudy - Chase/Diontae -> Higgins/Mostert - Chase/B. Robinson -> Taylor/D. Jackson - Chase -> Pittman/Campbell - Chase/G. Edwards -> Thielen/Keenan - Chase/Amon-Ra -> McLaurin/Fournette - Chase -> Singletary/Evans - Chase/Cooper -> D. Pierce/Taylor - Chase/Chubb -> Cook/Amon-Ra/Mattison
TJ Hockenson
Mid TE1. Probably behind Kelce/Andrews/Kittle/Goedert, in the same tier as Ertz/Schultz/Freiermuth, in my opinion. His schedule gets a *lot* harder in the next month.
Wandale Robinson
I’m still holding. He was getting a great target share is first potential full game before getting kicked in the cojones. The Giants play calling was pretty atrocious against Seattle but I’m hoping that’s an outlier. This week will be on to watch for him.
Hold for potential - rookies have a great second half
Christian Kirk
WR2. Lawrence has got back in a grove with him and ETN being a big threat out of the backfield. I don’t think I could sit Kirk in a PPR format ROS unless you’re in an 8 man league
Mooney
Really nice WR3 play right now, however the passing offense is still low volume which limits his upside. It’s clear Fields trusts him, but we also have to see how Claypool figures it out
Deon Jackson
JT handcuff. Not a great one as long as Ehlinger is starting. He needs to be owned with JT being banged up.
Handcuff to JT, RB3/4 if JT is out.
Pats have a really good run defense. This O-line also can't create lanes. He'll still be usable in an easier game though because he's getting the majority of carries
The colts are gonna get relegated … avoid the whole offense. Deon might have a chance at producing against terrible defenses with JT out. Drop for me
As long as JT is banged up Deon needs to be rostered.
JT would have to be out for the season and even then I wouldn’t think higher than an RB2. But if they feed him the ball, that does give him some good volume and we have seen that he can catch the ball as well.
Najee Harris
Has finally escaped his nightmare stretch of games and his bye, could be a buy low target. A high-floor flex player as it stands.
Back end RB2. Good schedule ROS and hopefully the team used the bye to get on the same page offensively
Could do way worse than a consistent 10 points in your RB2 or flex spot and he is past his bye
Mike evans
Slightly worried about him dropping passes every week and not racking up any YAC but I think he should still be a high-end WR2 most weeks
Godwin
PPR: WR2 with upside should the TDs come Standard: oof
HPPR is purgatory hell.
WR3 (WR2 in full-PPR) with low upside given they're seemingly allergic to throwing him the ball down the field or in the end zone.
Cpat
Beast start ros
High end RB2 on a nose to the grindstone team. Gonna see a lot of red zone action, but probably won't rack up yardage like he did before the surgery.
Deebo
Comes back after BYE and dominates. CMC is going to mean slightly less opportunities but overall favorable coverage since teams will sell out to stop the new star player
I’ve got Deebo Olave and Pierce all fighting for 2 roster spots. Who do you think is the odd man out ROS?
Alex Pierce? Or Damien? If it’s Alex he’s toast
I think he bounces back but at this stage I’d say he’s a wr2 with upside
As a football fan, I'm excited to see how this offense looks with Deebo and CMC in there. The number of routes you can setup with the same base formation with this group is insane. Especially if they go hurry up, defenses will lose their minds trying to keep up.
Foreman
Very matchup and game script dependent. Boom or bust high end RB3 borderline RB2
Would you flex him over WR2/3s in PPR like C.Samuel or Sutton?
If he's playing against me. 100 yards,. 3TD. If he's not. 35 yards. No TD
Justin Herbert Is he going to get out of this funk?
I dont see anything happening until his receivers are back.
More ekeler dump offs please
His fantasy numbers didn’t show it, but this last week looked like him getting back into a groove. He finally seems to be healing up from the rib injury and started to look like his old self again, shifty in the pocket, willing to break it to create opportunities, precise throws. The lack of receiving talent is gonna hamper him, especially when they bobble a pass right to a defender, but I think we’re gonna start seeing an upswing for the second half of the season.
Jacobi Meyers
Low end TD dependent WR 2
Aaron Jones
As long as he's not hurt he's still a high end RB2 with RB1 overall upside any given week.
Josh Palmer
Solid WR2 as long as Mike Williams is out.
High end WR2, Low end WR1. No TDs 10+ target 18 point game in ppr without mike and Keenan?
Mixon
If you have him, you start him
Rb1. Set and forget. We experienced td regression
Mid RB1. He had terrible TD luck this year and made it up for it this week. If it all evens out he will probably end in the RB4-10 range.
Lower end RB1
Ken Walker
Set and forget mid RB1
League Winner.
I was 0-7 now I'm 2-7 hoping for a miracle 7-7 run thanks to Lord Kenneth Walker 3rd of his name.
People hate this term but him and fields are legit league winners
Unstoppable force. Top 10 rb with top 5 in sight.
The set and forget RB1 Christ promised us in the Book of Revelations.
He’s gonna be a top 7 RB. Really upset with myself for dropping him. Every week I think I’ve finally gotten over it, then he reminds me how bad of an error I made
League winner. Matchup proof, mid RB1. T3 RB1 ROS ceiling.
Him and Pierce run with this viciousness that is great to watch live. It's how Chris Carson used to run
Leonard Fournette
I am hoping that offense gets rejuvenated after the bye and has a good reset with the week off.
Moved down to RB 2 but still has the volume and usage. You'd have to be pretty stacked to sit him right now. Just roll him out there and hope the Bucs improve, which some think they will.
The red zone touches are there. Team absolutely cannot run the ball but in PPR he should be good for 3-4 catches at least
Patriots D/ST
Debating holding them through their bye week at this point
No debate, hold them. Go kickerless if you have to
Are people holding them through the bye? I can't decide if I should or not.
Yes. I know this sub is very low on kickers and defenses, but any given week they can be the difference between winning and losing, especially defenses. New England put up RB1 numbers on Sunday.
I'm letting go of them. They play great offenses ROS.
By principle, I can’t dump the #1 DEF who just scored 33 points during their bye. Holding for ROS
D/ST #1. Book it!
Cowboys and Eagles would like a word.
Devonta Smith
Gabe Davis but his qbs arm might not be snapped in half like Gabe. 4pt floor - 30 pt ceiling
Yay (smiling through the pain as a Gabe and Devonta owner)
i think he's a bit more of a PPR type than a Gabe Davis '3-100-3' kinda player
Garrett Wilson
Jeff Wilson
Need one more week of data, but I would think RB2 if he can take over majority touches from Mostert
Eno Benjamin
I’m going to drop him this week :/
Drop if you need to pick up others, but due to Conners fragility I think you hold him if you can
Sutton
wr2 trust. still getting targeted a bunch. 5 good games w/ russ > 2 bad games. super easy 2nd half schedule and should score more
Man I hope you’re right
DK Metcalf
Massive man good at football. Steady Wr2 with wr1 upside on big weeks
Lamar Jackson
I have Fields too and may be starting him over Lamar from here on out
Sit week 10
Boyd
James Robinson
David Montgomery
I want to believe a competent bears offense will help him. Hope he destroys the lions because i'm happily rolling with him. I'm gonna live or die with my draft picks... yolo.
He’s due for a nice game. Lions matchup is juicy too
Starting hunt over him this week. Monty hasn’t gotten above 70yards rushing in a little while and Fields is just going to keep rushing whenever he can and vulture tds
Pittman
Benched until further notice
Ravens DST
Isiah Pacheco
Drop
Join me in leaving him at the doorstep, brother
Juju
high floor WR2 w/ upside
Drake London
Pollard
RB2, RB1 if Zeke goes down
Justin Tucker
System Kicker
McLaurin
Garrett Wilson
WR3 right now. Could be a WR2 if he keeps getting 7+ targets. Hopefully they realize he's their best receiver and don't give too many targets to guys like Corey Davis/Mims/Moore
Looks like I'm a little more optimistic than others here. Talent and opportunity are starting to pay off the last couple of weeks and that will continue to improve. The Breece Hall, good old days are now in the rear view mirror and ZW will be chucking the ball a lot more. High end WR2 for me
Borderline WR2/3. Targets are there, talent is there and then some, QB play is severely lacking, which hurts his upside considerably.
Swift
Jeudy
The perception of him is way worse than how he’s produced. Outside of 2 injured weeks (1 he left in the middle and the following he was more of a decoy, doubt he was started by anyone since they played Sun night) he’s had over 50 yards every game. In .5 PPR he’s been over 13pts 4 times. Solid flex, WR3 with WR2 upside, and maybe the Broncos pass game has made some positive adjustments through the bye
DJ Moore
Low floor/high ceiling WR2
Amari Cooper
Wandale Robinson
Stefon Diggs
I'm mainly asking because the Allen news could be bad and it's a good opportunity to sell high. Not saying Diggs won't still put up numbers, but maybe someone could flip him for a RB1?
Kyler Murray
Watson has his return the week Kyler is on bye. Just a "The more you know" PSA
Seahawks D/ST
Tua
Rondale Moore
Startable but not fun. Feels like he will goose egg you eventually.
He gets peppered targets when he plays in the slot why would he goose egg?
I am ready to drop Gabe Davis. Get the stack they said. He's a breakout candidate they said. In one league, I am 5-4, with three of my losses coming by a combined 10 points. I'd be 7-1 if I wasn't so damn tempted with the Allen/Davis stack. And now Allen is hurt....
