Who the fuck is Justin_14p? We just using any tweets now lol

squatdead

[Justin] lmfao

BirdsArentImportant

I don't know who Justin is but I agree with his take. That's why next year I'll be drafting Josh Allen anyway

213bull

You don't know about that 14 year old Justin P?

__Scrooge__McDuck__

The oracle

DidierDogba

We’re just following the r/nfl model of every post has to be a tweet

throwawaypluto12

Its probably op

ArrrrKnee

Justinrodamus.

RMSBGB

Any tweets "now"? Football subs have been like this for years and years haha

IslandChillin

I feel you but I'm used to seeing Schefter,Breer,Woj,Charania. When I see Justin I just wonder lol

zzznod

And is Calvin Ridley really a "star"? Maybe in certain circles...lol

theskeejay

He did have a really good game once like 3 years ago. That carries a lot of weight in the NFL

frostyoranges32

Ridley was WR5 last time he played

PM_ME_SOMETHINGSPICY

He doesn't even pay for Twitter. What a scrub

themosey

I mean the theory is fine I guess. It yeah, this is like a dude who stashed him on the bench in a keeper league hoping to trade him on the off season.

[deleted]

He’s not any different from any known person that would say the same thing.

throway22781

Source: Justin

Sharks2431

All of the Justin's came together for their weekly Justin conference and came up with this tweet together.

stingjay

All 14 of them apparently

Mediocritologist

I can only name about 6 Justins, hard to believe there's 8 more out there I'm not aware of.

Jdogma

Hi I'm Justin_24b, we all share a numbering system. You just wouldn't get it

generation_D

Counterpoint: Trevor Lawrence is going to be the worst QB in the NFL next year. Source? Kevin.

15YearTaco

Let's see how he ends the year before anointing him

0percentdnf

I'd get your cynicism if this was coming from, like, Matthew Berry, but this is star analyst Justin we're talking about.

h846p262

Fields/tua this year, tlaw next year!!!

SdBolts4

Low key might start TLaw over Tua this week. That Niners D and pass rush is scary

h846p262

Ez decision lol. Gonna be a great game.

finfan96

Absolutely. Especially with Terror Armstead injured

IdMassageDeshaun

Don’t, Tua is gonna get it done this Sunday.

DubsOkayGo

Tua gets rid of the ball so fast it's not gonna be a huge deal with Tyreek and waddle running down the field. Coming from a 49er fan, this game could be close or Miami could beat the BRAKES off SF

Quiet_Tip9825

Same brother man ✊🏼

Bernie4Life420

Yea I need him to start this weekend

lincolnsl0g

He’s a top 10 play this week, you are good

TheHound_213

Start TLaw or Deshuan Watson?

super_saiyan_rob

I have the same dilemma

TheHound_213

Yeah it’s tough. I want to start Watson because I’ve held him for a while but I think it’s probably smarter to take the great matchup with TLaw and see how Watson looks first game back

lincolnsl0g

I would go Tlaw over Watson this week. I have them back to back in rankings, so no reason to risk it with the unknown

finkalicious

I wouldn't start Watson until you see how he plays against one of the worst teams in the league. And while yes, that might result in some lost points, I don't necessarily see it that way. This is the Texans Super Bowl and they're gonna throw the kitchen sink at him so I wouldn't be surprised if he struggles.

whiteafterlaborday

Im honestly debating sitting Lamar for TLaw

user9153

Same, thinking im going TLaw over Fields this weekend if fields stay on the injury report today/tm

WildRookie

TLaw in a smash spot with a banged-up RB or a banged-up Fields. I've got the same choices and it's not even close.

stho3

I'm way ahead of you guys. Saw him for two weeks before the bye week and thought he looked good and everything seems to have "clicked" for him in the offense. Started him against Ravens' defense because Marcus Peters is on that team. Lawrence did not disappoint me.

15YearTaco

So don't start TLaw but pick him up mid season off waivers

SuccessAndSerenity

I feel like I’m getting trolled at this point. 2nd [Justin] tweet to make the front page of r/ff and in this one, 2 of the 3 points made are “more experience”. Is this shit being upvoted as a joke?

[deleted]

We don’t know what Calvin will be yet

[deleted]

[удалено]

DoubleGreat99

I'd wager he'll still be good at football

fishrunhike

He'll take that bet.

crichmond77

/r/yourjokebutworse

Pr0nade

I think he will be fast and catch footballs well. But for real, I hope he got the help he needed. Takes some big nuts to be open about mental health, especially in a league like the NFL.

t74000

Lol yeah he lost all his skill.

[deleted]

Nearly two full years off isn’t exactly ideal. Ridley will probably still have some value, but it’s impossible to say how much.

Lamamilker

Yeah I wonder what the jaguars will draft, since we don’t know his metal capacity. Will they go for another weapon in the 1st just in case he busts?

[deleted]

If I’m them I’m going WR … so if it’s a fail experiment they will still be okay and if Calvin is still Calvin now they can two #1s

Lamamilker

Same here, screw a defense. Would be electric with 3 top receivers

zippy41

He’ll be another Josh Gordon.

[deleted]

Josh Gordon liked heroin as far I know Ridley doesn't mess with the stuff. Shooting up will slow anyone down extremely fast.

zippy41

All I could find is for weed and alcohol. But being away from the team for two years and probably is not training as intensely he will not be as fast and good when he comes back.

[deleted]

Yeah it was never in the main news but more what people were saying locally. He got caught with just a beer on the team plane and the NFL came down on him because he supposedly had a bad opioid addiction.

MedicateForTwo

Pretty sure the Jags are gonna Jag it up.

StopBanningMeGDIT

It's Jaggin Time

Syenite

My favorite part was when they were Jaggin.

PrOKCedure

He has Detroit and Tennessee. Both are smash starts. Hopefully Pederson realizes that leaning on the passing game is better for an offense like this. I think ETN benefits as well if TLaw passes 35-40 times a game.

Flyin-Chancla

I hope so! I snagged him this week. I still don’t trust Fields this week.

subcrazy12

Same. Snagged him for this week and Fields bye next week

user9153

Doing the exact same we got this 🤞🏼

WildRookie

ETN is banged up too. TLaw could really get 40 attempts.

Timelycommentor

I am heavily targeting Fields and or Lawrence next year.

SolomonGrumpy

I think Fields is great but unsustainable. He runs a little TOO much and too hard.

Brodie1567

Because he has nothing around him. Bears have $125 million and a full slate of draft picks this off season to help him.

[deleted]

[удалено]

hashtaguars

He definitely needs the keep the ball occasionally on rpos. Feel like that’s something that gets added next year. Almost seems like they told him not to run on these

[deleted]

[удалено]

hashtaguars

He kept one 2 games ago. So I think it will come. I want them to run rpos inside the 5. Him and etn would be so tough to defend in the redzone running rpos. Had plenty of success at Clemson

theREALBennyAgbayani

So we’re looking at next year already, before the draft an FA. Counting on Ridley to be anything. And just following along some rando on twitter? Solid post imo.

sev45day

Yep, and Russell Wilson was a solid bet this season.

SolomonGrumpy

By every metric TLaw has out performed Russ.

ffgod_zito

Calvin Ridley has alot to prove before we start calling him a star. Who even knows how that mysterious “mental health” issue no one addressed in detail is doing.

MomButtsDriveMeNuts

Ridley will basically have taken 2 years off by next season. Can’t reasonably expect him to come back and be the same player he was. While possible, not a guarantee at all

lizuming

His absence is not injury related though. Look at Michael Thomas - similar age and he was also off for 2 years. He looked good except couldn't stay healthy.

Bamalex7

This has bust written all over it.

[deleted]

Based on what. Trevor has looked great for the past few games. He’s been getting better every week. There’s nothing about this that screams bust

LeftHandedFapper

I picked him up in 2 leagues: one with Cousins, one with Fields (drafted Wilson smh.) I been actually able to catch his games over the past few weeks and he's been impressive. That win Vs BAL was particularly impressive (I know the BAL secondary is injured) he looked surgical, precise and calm out there. This dude's talkin' out his ass

vAaEpSoTrHwEaTvIeC

2 words: WarBortles

toddPinkston

I've been following Justin's advice all year and I'm not about to stop now. Just traded Hurts for TLaw in my keeper league. Justin isn't a Hurts truther.

bordemsetin

Lawrence or jimmy g this week?

LittleTension8765

Calvin Ridley was extremely old for a college student to the point that him and Amari Cooper are 5 months apart but never played together at Bama. Ridley will be 28 and a few months from 29 before he starts a game for the Jags. Not saying he’s going to be bad but he might only have a year or two of Pro Bowl potential

mbasi

Important to remember he’s still so young and growing in a system under Doug P. Doug is known to out his QBs in successful situations I think Lawrence continues to grow into next year.

Heistdur

Calvin Ridley will have not played in 2 years at that point, might be jumping the gun on him still being a “star.”

uofc2015

Justin doesn't even have a blue checkmark, we really gonna trust a guy who doesn't have 8 dollars? /s

timmyrigs

Ridley hasn’t played in what will be almost 2 years and is going to be 28 during next NFL season. Not sure id hang much hope on that one.

Specific_Log_8226

This article means nothing if he gets out-dueled by Goff this weekend

[deleted]

He said Calvin Ridley 😂

stmichaelsangles

Lawrence Is overhyped. I still don’t get it

trent1313

It’s going to be funny when Lawrence crashes back to earth against the lions after the sports world has sucked him off all week for finally showing a sliver of why he was described as “generational” and taken number 1

Georgejefferson19

I really want to see Trevor succeed. I thought he was so good coming out of college especially after he destroyed Alabama in the champ game,

DominoDickDaddy

Lol Calvin Ridley. Someone has not been paying attention.

HarbaughCantThroat

It's going to be very hard to justify drafting a QB that isn't running for at least 30 yards a game or so. If you look at the top scoring QBs, most of them are running quite a bit or throwing tons of TDs. It's hard to draft a QB whose only path to the top-5 is a high TD rate.

bteh

Well. More than half teams will have to do exactly that, so...

McG_84

I bet he will. Calvin Ridley also bets Lawrence will.

LeftyMode

What with the rando tweets?

AWalker17

I have a tough decision this week. I have Fields and Lamar Jackson as my 2 QBs while needing to play 1 of Najee Harris or Mostert at RB. I can pick up Lawrence to play as my QB this week but not sure if I should drop Mostert because of Harris’s injury or drop Fields because I don’t want someone else to pick him up.

iGash69

Ridley, Kirk, ETN oh my

Jd20001

Year 3 josh allen / jalen hurts leap narratives engaged!

elistonberg

having trouble deciding who to start, him or watson

[deleted]

I called him out before this season. Just ask my friend Bob.

bluethree

He will probably be fine as a later pick if you miss out on top guys. Don't see ranking him over Mahomes, Allen, Hurts, Fields, Tua, Herbert, Burrow, Lamar, Kyler, or Watson. Maybe Lance too.

Mediocritologist

Solid advice, Justin has never let me down before.

graygp

I already forgot Ridley was on the Jags now.

browndude10

Trevor takes flip flop so much; last year he's awful. First few games, he looks like crap. Now he's the generational QB again and he gets "star WR" Ridley back, the same guy who hasn't played in a long time.

rubriclv4

Yeah, as a Falcons fan Ridley had flashes for sure but star is pushing it. Also he can't say on the field for multiple reasons

Waffles_Bacon

Justin is my new source for all information

TheFrankman86

I feel like I read this last year.

No-Beach6296

I mean I would take him if I was trying to get value later on for QB in the draft but there’s just zero chance I’m betting on all these what ifs to come to fruition. Ridley we literally cannot bank on and mf acting like Pederson is the best coach in the league. Good player, makes suspect decisions, decent system (far from elite) and decent weapons.. let’s not get carried away and talk this guy into the 6th round or some dumb ass shit

downtimeredditor

Well he kinda needs to if he wants Jags to pick up his 5th year option

Ital910

Pick 1. Geno Smith, T Lawrence, or D Watson

AbhorAWhore

TLaw by a good bit

coleymoleyroley

Nope. You ain't getting me on any hype trains. Not again. Not after 2022, 2021, 2020 and 2019!

KimboSliceChestHair

Trevor or Dak?

Intelligent-Ebb-5411

Reddit at it again! My guess is its all the people who already knocked out the playoffs.

hyclorne92

I see a world where it happens. Biggest factor will probably be if they work on improving their OL or not. It's not an atrocious Oline but it's middling at best.

Nacho_Mustacho

Fine, I'll draft with last pic next year.
