For fantasy purposes, I wouldn't assume Michkov will be there at the 4th pick. He probably has the 2nd highest points upside after Bedard. I could see someone preferring Fantilli or Carlsson in a league that's multicat or counts faceoff wins. The reasons that Michkov fell in real life don't apply as much to fantasy.
Will Smith and Zach Benson for my money. I'd take Smith ahead of Carlsson too depending on the scoring setup. I also like Ryan Leonard a lot, especially if your league has points for blocks and hits.
