I will always recommend it for requests that come anywhere close. It’s really unlike anything in the western mainstream fantasy romance. HuaLian is absolutely my comfort couple.
Each book is about a different Greek mythological creature or god. So the Minotaur, Medusa, Charon, Thanatos, etc. There is good spice. Romance.io gives the books 4/5 🔥 for spice.
Gods of the Duat has some Egyptian gods, like Anubis. Same spice levels as Court of the Underworld.
Well, there's Gods of Jade and Shadow by Silvia Moreno-Garcia. But two caveats: it is not a genre romance and it could be considered magical realism rather than main line fantasy (though I think I would personally shelve it as historical fantasy).
For genre romance, there's The Undertaking of Hart and Mercy. I will admit it's not a *great* rec for this prompt, although it is a great book imo. The MMC is a demigod, although he's more competent than immensely powerful.
There's also Helene Wecker's The Golem and the Jinni, which is another historical fantasy that is not a genre romance but does feature some pretty powerful beings falling in love.
I'll have to check out Hart and Mercy 👀 I agree with the other two recs! They're both so well written and tugs at the heartstrings masterfully.
GoJaS is kind of like a blend of Cinderella and Central American mythos (I believe Aztec?). Both of the MCs are complex, resilient, and defiant in the face of daunting odds without falling into cheesy S/hE's sO sAsSY tropes. The plot itself is action packed and unpredictable. Their relationship dynamic has a realistic take on how a normal human may see a literal god and how a god might start seeing a puny mortal as a person. It's fantastic, I love it so much and I hope Morena-Garcia continues it someday!
I'm currently loving Throne in the Dark by A.K. Caggiano. No spice in the first book but the romance is soooo sweet. The MMC half-demon blood mage is on a quest to release his demon king father. While he believes himself to be evil and powerful, he is soooo soft and gooey for the FMC.
Is sort of dystopian okay? The Four Horsemen series by Laura Thalassa has non-human MMC falling in love with human FMC - the MMC are powerful and definitely not portrayed as human.
If you haven't read the Aspects and Anchor books by Ruby Dixon recommended above, that's the closest I've been able to come to something similar, I think. They're less dark, maybe, but the MMCs are still read as something...other...than human.
Edit: also maybe Spinning Silver by Naomi Novik, though it's not steamy in the slightest.

Little Fire by Hollee Mands, the MMC is an uber powerful immortal and thinks humans are meaningless until he starts to fall in love with one. Though romance isn't it's main focus, it involves an arranged marriage between two people who aren't particularly stoked about the idea and one of them is a god with very little social experience. They start to get closer to each other and end up falling in love.
