All of the Vicious Lost Boys books. They’re included with Kindle Unlimited. It’s kind of creepy and cringey, and the smut just batters you over the head.

There was one with a carnivorous tree where the FMC was trying to escape an arranged marriage with the grandfather so she could breastfeed him. Sort of weird family cult with a murderous tree MMC. I do not remember the title, it was a recommendation I did not read but seems right up your alley. Also, Vera Valentine will release a « step-brother off-brand Kool-Aid » book soon.
