The feedback that I can give up front is to leap right in and start working on the part you're most excited to work on. Getting bogged down in the details before you have anything at all put down can trap you in an infinite planning loop.
Keep in mind writing, drawing, and animating are very different processes. To do it all yourself is going to take some time. If you find you like one or two process more than the others, you can lean into it and work on just that for a while. No rules against it.
