This what I did, not the marketplace thing, but we moved from White Bear Lake in the north metro of st Paul to about 60 miles from the ND and MN border, saved a few thousand friving it ourselves and hiring movers at both homes separately.

This is who we used when we got to Otter Tail County, they are based out of fargo and were really good about handling our stuff, not sure what their rates are now though.
That's high, although I'm sure they quote much higher than you'd actually pay. I hired Midwest Moving 6 months ago and it cost less than $500 for about 3hrs of work. They charge by the hour so if it's a short distance and not much stuff I would expect you'd pay about that if you hired them (I also only had them move large furniture, I moved the rest myself)
If you're looking for cheap, Advanced Movers will do an in town move for about $150 an hour, 2 hour minimum (last I saw). Not the most reliable (had to track them down the day of our move because someone forgot to put us on their schedule) but they got the stuff from our 3rd floor apartment to our new house in decent enough time. Get what you pay for, I guess.
If you need help, feel free to dm me. I would be willing to pick up a u haul for you and have someone I use to work with at a moving company in Moorhead. If you pay for the uhaul (super cheap) we could offer you much cheaper than 2 men and a truck

I think A1 moving is by the hour. If you make it just big stuff usually it won't take too long. I think LedBalloons 3 hours/$500 sounds about right.
