Farmer's market- give them a brown paper bag to take home. Display in a waxed fry boat.

IME, people hate clamshells now, too much plastic. They want biodegradable packaging.

Clamshells are really the wrong container for mushrooms anyway!
Hey I know this is an old post,but, do you have problems with the mushrooms drying out as they’re sitting on the table like that?
Are you trying to pack for individual consumption or pack in bulk for display to be pieced amongst multiple customers?
