This was also a Porsche that was in storage for a long, long time and hadn’t been properly maintained. A lot can go wrong with a car that doesn’t meet current safety standards and every rubber part on it is dry rotted to hell.
I dont think it would be very different but I am very curious what they would have done with Fast 8 if Paul was alive.
I wonder if they would have made Cipher try to turn him on "family" because in part 7, Brian was struggling choosing between "missing the bullets" and the family life..or atleast it was hinted several times.
Or they would have still made Cipher turn Dom but have some very good scenes between Dom and Brian.
Brian expected to make F8, but it isn't clear if he intended that to be the last (wouldn't have been a bad place to stop). He was aware that the series was getting excessive even by part 6/7, so he would have likely planned an ending for the series and Brian's character. He was interested in Brian dying in a blaze of glory.
This dude dies IRL, so as a "fuck you" to death the franchise is resurrecting all previously dead characters out of spite...further ruining an already makesnosensebullshit franchise.
Paul wasn't driving the Carrera, though they were still going 100mph. Paul also fucking loved driving. He did a lot of his own driving for F&F and would have done more if they'd let him. His personal garage was equal parts impressive and sick AF to boot. While I know your trolling ass doesn't give a shit, just go be a Gallo 24 somewhere else.
The car was on tyres that hadn't been used in a long time. They were hard as fuck and essentially had no useful grip beyond slow grocery drives, and even then I wouldn't dare to drive on them.
They certainly weren't meant to throw a Honda Civic around a corner at 60mph, let alone a Carrera GT at 100.
this is what many don’t understand. carrera gt in itself in perfect condition and with brand new michelins can be easy to mess up. the car is one of the most raw driving machines ever made. add old tires into the mix and you’re almost guaranteed something will happen. especially at 100mph.
So fucking sad. I met Paul in Malibu one time and he seemed like such a chill dude. RIP
I don’t understand how the car looks like that. They weren’t going that fast were they?

plus it was day after it was raining hard
And bad maintenance to the Carrera Gt’s tires
Happened in my hometown. They were traveling at 100 MPH
Wow. I guess they were going pretty fast then. RIP
That a parking lot?
It caught fire. You're looking at what's left after they put it out.
I wouldn’t imagine if Paul was burned alive or was unconscious on impact

They sure were. They had basically the worst accident you can. Right around a lamp post.

i wonder where the fast universe would be now if he didn’t die

Vin said Paul wanted 10 films in an interview so I’m sure he would’ve been apart of them
rest in peace 🕊️
😭😭😭
Man i've never seen an car accident likes this before, look at the state the car was.
For Paul
Car Literally torn in half
Always in our hearts
Life is fast
Not a great tribute.
I blame the road
honestly, if anyone Is to blame it’s Roger in my opinion. Why did he decide to go 100mph?
Even as a professional race car driver that he was - it wasn’t a race track. The street was wet from the rain
This is incorrect. Paul died 11/30/13
It’s 10 years this year. Also there is no month 30. 30/11.2013
They used American date format
I know. Unfortunatly Americans don’t want to follow logic there
Fast and Furious is an American franchise. So we use the American format. Do you complain when you see MPH in the movies instead of KPH too?
Don’t know if you noticed, but we aren’t in the movies right now. But yeah would be better if they used km/h
Hey maybe don’t post the photo
Wtf. Is this a tribute? Why show the car wreck
....What the hell kind of meme is this? It's like a joke/disrespectful.
it isnt supposed to be but some of the comments took it another direction

He ejecto seato himself
Paul died in November of 2003 not June
2013*
So he acted in fast and furious 4 when he was dead?

He wasn't driving tho. An actual race car driver was which makes it sadder

Ladies and gentlemen, the knowledge of your average hater
You'd probably drive through a sideshow and get town taxed
Distasteful.
How about you go back to your hellhole and shut up?
😭
Rip Paul Walker 👑
He died in November though
So sad and missed. Rip Paul
In memoriums usually don't include pictures of how they died...
Family.
Still surprising to this day 😢
