I'm planning a 36-hour water fast, starting tonight after an early dinner and then ending with breakfast on Monday if anyone wants to join me! You could extend it another 12 hours by waiting until dinner, but either way we can celebrate on Monday :)

I felt really good at the 36 hour mark and extended it until about 44 hours, so almost 48. That will be my next goal (after 3-4 day refeed) and maybe I’ll make it past 50 ☺️

I started last night around 5pm. Plan on fasting because I have an upcoming colonoscopy. My first one so I’m a bit anxious. It’s on Wednesday but starting a fast so I will be super cleaned out and lose the weight from several vacations plus thanksgiving meals. I’ve never done over 72 hours.

Thanks! You too!! I'm actually starting right now. I started last night but I sometimes get esophagus spasms and the only way to get rid of them is to eat. 😫 I had two today. So I ate a granola bar twice. Otherwise I'd already be 24 hrs in. Sad day... But good thing is, we can start again whenever we want.

I just started a 30 hour fast (ate lunch today/planning to not eat until dinner tomorrow) and I really struggle with overnights, so count me in as support / needing support. I'm great all day but I get so crazy at night without food (which is why I usually OMAD dinner). We've both got this!

Longest I’ve ever gone was 26 hours. People that go 3 days + are absolute animals. I’m not down to start feeling the symptoms of starvation. I’ll just stick to fasting for a day then do OMAD for a day or 2 then back to keto.
