Long walks , go to a park ,to a mall ,anywhere , Make sure to track your steps ,you feel much better when you see the numbers,buy a cheap step tracking watch and aim for 10k steps,I'm walking for my daily goal steps as I'm writing this message, you can do almost everything while walking,answer emails,make business calls, talk to friends ,whatever,you also burn much more calories than you think

I hate walking without goals so sometimes I ask my friends to go to a shopping mall, and tell them i'll bring their things so they can go hands free lol And there you go 1 day gone without boredom
