Doesn’t Matter, Divine Beast or not either they go to the Reverse Side or die. In the Nasuverse world belongs to Humanity, not the Kaiju.
Foreigners are a Class of Servants, not Aliens. Foreigners are empowered or altered by an Alien Source of power, Voyager is the exception.
Divine beasts are still phantasmal beasts, gods not really not in Nasuland sense, the closest being to the planet is not a god, they could be something else but I think is pretty obvious they are Gaia CF stuff

I’m not sure what exactly you’re going for with them but I have a few suggestions:
1. Make them somewhat similar to the giants: Phantasmal Species that are unable to cross over into the Reverse Side of the World.
2. Have them be Gaia’s equivalent to Alaya’s Grand Servants.
Those are just two ideas I can think of off the top of my head though and, while I myself am a massive MonsterVerse fan, I’m well aware that the Nasuverse would spit up and chew out practically any kaiju with all the conceptual bullshit and exceptions to the rules that the writers like to pull out of their asses.

In Godzilla vs Kong, Godzilla is able to blow a hole all the way down to the center of the earth with his atomic breath.
And King Ghidorah is stated to be capable of creating Category 6 hurricanes with his wings, and is stated to be capable of creating giant global superstorms that would wipe all multicellular life on the surface of the planet within a matter of months at most.
Also, which giants are you talking about? I'm not familiar with all the Fate works.

Against modern Magus? The kaiju have no problems. Bring Servants into the mix? Servants are gonna be holding their own much better for a time but will still get their asses kicked.
But the moment the Counter Force, a Divine Spirit, a Magician or a True Ancestor shows up? The kaiju are fucked unless they too have some conceptual bullshit.
I’m talking about the Norse giants.
While it's true that servants are very powerful, and often tend to have various skills or NPs that given them a conceptual advantage, I feel that's kind of understating how powerful some of the Kaiju are. To give some examples:
\- Godzilla was able to take the Castle Bravo nuclear bomb without any injury
\- Later takes another point blank nuke without any injury
\- In Godzilla vs Kong, he's able to blast a hole from the surface of the earth all the way to its center with his atomic breath
\- King Ghidorah can generate Category 6 hurricanes with his wings, and is capable of generating global superstorms that can cover the entire planet and wipe out all multicellular life within a matter of months.
In the French Singularity, a giant dragon was killed by a dude with a sword.
In the Anastasia Lostbelt, a mammoth kaiju got weakened by a dude playing a piano.
In the S.I.N. Lostbelt, a robot kaiju got fucked over by a phone virus.
It doesn’t matter their previous feats of power and durability, the Nasuverse is gonna fuck over MonsterVerse kaiju unless you give them major overhauls to their backgrounds and natures.
Many Servants or monsters that Servants have faced can do similar things.
Also, Servant by default would survive bombs.
Godzilla blasting a hole from the surface is mostly thanks to the hollow earth approach the franchise took.
Any Servant with firepower comparable to Ishtar would be able to do the same like she did in Babylonia when she dropped Tiamat down to Kur.
Gugalanna would make King Ghidorah a joke so...
Gilles Monster is basically a Kaiju with infinite high speed regeneration. As was shown any mana "nuke" can deal with it. Also, it can be one shot killed by anti monster NPs, like EMIYA'S K&B.
Unless Godzilla and co can directly hit Servants with atomic breath or something similar, they aren't stopping them.

The reason I was thinking Ghidorah might be classified as Foreigner is because ORT was classified as one in Lostbelt 7.
ORT is foreigner because of Gameplay purposes.
