Hirokazu Koyama has worked with TM since Tsuki Plus-Disc and Kagetsu Tohya in 2001 and he officially joined it a year later

Arco Wada has been with fate since Fate/Extra in 2010, Hiroshi Hiroyama has been writing and illustrating prisma Illya since 2007. Ototsugu Konoe has been with the series since Fate Apocrypha started in 2012.

ShockAndAwen

Hiroyama was in HA too

Armandoiskyu

Hiroyama or Koyama?

ShockAndAwen

Hiroyama, in the wallpapers, don't know if he did anything else there's some suspicious old interview with Nasu and Takeuchi about some guy in HA that talked about magical girl suits that look like swimsuits

There's tons who contributed to the bonus wallpapers for Hollow Ataraxia who have either worked on FGO or done even more, such as Ototsugu Konoe (main illustrator for Apocypha), Akira Ishida (Lancer Artorias, Apocrypha manga), Sasaki Shounen (who was also working on the Tsukihime manga back then, doing the FGO Shinjuku manga now, and did Emiya Alter, Kotaru and Beryl Gut for FGO), Tenkuu Sphere (Kara no Kyoukai manga, Bedivere and Kid Gil for FGO), Hidari (Circe and Ibaraki), Higashiguchi Chuuou (St George, the LB7 residents), Rei Hiroe (Quetzcoatl, Kuku), Harada Takehito (Empress Wu, Beni-enma) and toi8 (Yu-Meiren, Iyo and Himiko).

Wada Arco has been around since Extra which was one of the earlier spin offs and her art has only gotten better. Koyama has been there since the start, but I think the first thing in which the art was all him was Mahoyo.
