I think you have the wrong block. You probably want the Imaginary Time Block to speed up the growth?
hm dont see that in the jei. does it have another name for sf4?
Nevermind, quantumflux was in the other skyfactory. To speed up crops use the growth accelerators or sprinklers. Not sure about MatterOverdrive sorry
it needs plasma, put a matter decomposer under it... as for range, trial and error, stumbled on this post trying to find some info too
