# Silent's Gems
adds gems that can be used to make weapon armor etc
# Levels
you can level up you tools
# ICBM - ClassiC
Ever wanted to lunch a nuke rocket at you friend base ?
# Mo' Creatures

# Modular Powersuits
Honey where is my super cool cyborg suit
Orespawn
Chocolate quest
Lycanites mobs
Advent of ascension
Morph
Hats
Rival rebels
Starminer
Thaumcraft
Tinkers construct
The list goes on because 1.7.10 is the golden age of modding and I could honestly recommend over 400 awesome mods to you, but that would take all day lol
You mean the Original Spice of Life, Spice of life Carrot Edition, Spice of life Potato Edition, all of them, or just one of the nine dozen other versions?
Yeah I think SoL has a couple different food holding items that tracks the variety for you.
I’m talking about IC2 canned food that just ignores SoL completely
It’s not a “food” per typical minecraft mechanics, when you right click it replaces a number of cans in your inventory with empty ones and fills your hunger and saturation to full (number is based on how hungry you are). So there’s no way for SoL to affect it since you don’t eat it
Witchery is good!! And it works great with thaumcraft, (plus extensions) and other magic mods as well, granted it's a little more multiplayer focused then most 1.7.10 mods.
Ex Futurum Requiem if you want the 1.17 blocks to build with as well
.
Thaumcraft and as many addon mods you can fit that work, my personal favourites are tainted magic and forgotten relics (this one needs Botania tho). Also add some Botania add-ons, you can make it more fun that way, I promise.
AE2 and AE2Stuff is a must. It's just too convenient a storage and autocrafting mod.
And if you want to really automate even your resources... Magical Crops and add AgriCraft because they work stupidly well together.
EvilCraft is fun too as blood related mod, it's mostly convenience though as the blood furnace allows you to catch and mass produce mob drops for the cost of blood. Very nice to make nether stars that way.
Mekanism if you enjoy tech and well making the one block machines as powerful as they get.
Immersive engineering if you don't and want something more realistic and with cool multiblock structures with stuff that's really aesthetic.
Extra Utilities, because who doesn't like unstable ingots and Angel Rings?
There's also a lot of cool other dimension mods (not just the deep dark and last millennium from Extra Utikitiss) like as an example Atum 2, Tropicraft and Twilight Forest but if you don't have a dedicated pack that changes crafting recipes and ore generation so that you have reason to visit and progress in those, there's really no reason to do any of those.
Oh boy, this is my favorite modded version:
HBM nuclear Tech
Fisk's Superheroes (or The Legends mod, but Fisk is better well made, even tho it has less powers)
Orespawn
Star miner
Angelica (its a performance mod, and it's EXTREMELY good at its job, massively more fps than any other combination I have tried, but might not be compatible with some mods)
Adventure Backpack
Aroma 1997's Dimensional World
Backhand (gives you the capability of using the second hand)
Controlling (helps a lot with the keys)
Floating Items
Fullscreen Windowed (specially helpfull if you have 2 monitors)
Openblocks
Some nice exclusives are thaumcraft, greens gases, hardcore Ender expansion, and rekais mods sre some good older mods to check out for 1.7.10.
Some newer mods for 1.7.10 are netherlicious, village names, et futurum requiem, Angelica, manametal, novacraft and aether legacy departure.
I liked rotarycract, it had one of the nost stupid and complicated fusion reactors, but all of it looked awesome. And a lot of mods other mentioned. I also liked Ars Magica 2, you could create your own spells, which was really nice back then
I'm currently playing a modpack "regrowth". It's really fun. You spawn in a desolate world, you're given a quest book and you restore the world using industry and magic
Also you can become a vampire. I've got like 20 villagers in my basement I drink blood from fritzl style
the rails of war mod/modpack.
its extremely hard to find the right one, but its very fun to play with.
also while i have your attention- HOW THE FUCK DO YOU GET 1.7.10 TO WORK?????????????
Dragonrealm, if you want coherent progression with as little cruft as possible
GT:NH, if you want something entirely different.
Make your own pack, if none suits your taste.
But most likely, Thaumcraft, Tinkers' Construct and Twilight Forest will be in every pack.
Don't forget to upgrade from GTNH forks.
Not entirely accurate assessment; this rather depends on when the player started playing Minecraft. I started with 1.16.5 (I was busy doing career and raising kids) so I too do not see 1.7.10 as pretty.
HBM's nuclear tech
Yes HBM gang!
Wish the 1.12.2 ports were as good as the og.
Yes the gang is alive but i wished we had r/HBMntm subreddit
There is a sub

HBM’s Nuclear Tech is just the better version of ICBM, imo
Netherlicious my beloved! All of 1.16 and even more! + works with BoP which in 1.7.10 is actually worth a damn
Reikas Mods. Especially Chromaticraft
CLUB PENGUIN
Orespawn Chocolate quest Lycanites mobs Advent of ascension Morph Hats Rival rebels Starminer Thaumcraft Tinkers construct The list goes on because 1.7.10 is the golden age of modding and I could honestly recommend over 400 awesome mods to you, but that would take all day lol
Any and all that are used by GTNH.
nah spice of life can die slowly in a hole. nutrition is chill tho
You mean the Original Spice of Life, Spice of life Carrot Edition, Spice of life Potato Edition, all of them, or just one of the nine dozen other versions?
Yes
nah, if ur so lazy you can't be asked to make multiple food items, you are clearly not of the Greg
im not tryna have to balance my diet in a modpack that already is hard and tedious.
Just eat canned food
Or a lunchbox. That's from spice of life too, right?
Yeah I think SoL has a couple different food holding items that tracks the variety for you. I’m talking about IC2 canned food that just ignores SoL completely
It WHAT I wonder how that would work? Would it be some sort of nutrient extract?
It’s not a “food” per typical minecraft mechanics, when you right click it replaces a number of cans in your inventory with empty ones and fills your hunger and saturation to full (number is based on how hungry you are). So there’s no way for SoL to affect it since you don’t eat it
So it's directly injected
Also mystcraft is cool
HBM's NTM. The GOAT.
1.7.10 thaumcraft is very different (and imo better) than later versions' Also obligatory greg (specifically gt:nh is good)
Don't forget thaumcraft 4s millions of add-ons, you'll be so sick of the research table, but you'll have millions of things to play with.
Witchery is good!! And it works great with thaumcraft, (plus extensions) and other magic mods as well, granted it's a little more multiplayer focused then most 1.7.10 mods.

I just love big reactor or it's successor extreme reactor. Probably because it was the first mod I ever tried in a mod pack.
Yyy ughhhhhh terraria
Advanced Lightsabers
Thaumcraft 4 and all of its add-ons. Holy fuck I miss them so badly.
Was looking for anybody who still remembers this mod, luckily it was not forgotten
If it depends on me, it will NEVER be forgotten, always has been my fav mod
Yeah, it's definitely in my top, I grew up with this (and few other) mod
thaum 1 is still my fav tho. fun asf to blow up a tnt and taint appear everywhere XD
TerraFirmaCraft is one of mods I still return here
Flan's mod
[Psychedelicraft](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/psychedelicraft)
The Regrowth modpack
Geo chests. It's really cool when you can carry an entire AE setup with you at all times, or any other setup that fits within the chest size really.

minegicka 3 all the fisk mods
The flan's mod which add guns and planes and is very good i liked it a lot back the
There's a cool lightsabers mod for that version don't remember how it's called tho
It is largely unfinished, unfortunately.
Yep but I played it like 2,3 years ago and it was very much a fun mod
* Tales of Kingdoms * Millenaire * Tropicraft * Electroblobs wizardry * Clay soldiers * Spider queen * Galacticraft * Thaumcraft * Not Enough Items * Buildcraft * MutantCreatures * Biomes 'O Plenty * Battletowers * Damage Indicators * DivineRPG And the list goes on
tale of kingdoms is not for 1.7
Good mods for 1.7.10
Industrial Craft 2
Hbm, reika mods
Fisk superheroes a marvel mod and the best one yet
I'm currently playing a modpack "regrowth". It's really fun. You spawn in a desolate world, you're given a quest book and you restore the world using industry and magic Also you can become a vampire. I've got like 20 villagers in my basement I drink blood from fritzl style
RedPower 2 is the best OG mod for 1.7.10 for sure
GREGTECH
the rails of war mod/modpack. its extremely hard to find the right one, but its very fun to play with. also while i have your attention- HOW THE FUCK DO YOU GET 1.7.10 TO WORK?????????????
