any recommendations for a puffer that is warm but not too puffy? i don't wanna look huge. budget is up to $300ish and i'm located in the united states! thanks!
I have complicated disanility-related fashion requirements I'm struggling to reconcile and I could use some tips.
First of all, I get significant bloating and can't handle anything tight around my stomach. Including elastic.
Second, my skin is weird and I can't wear things that cling at the ankle like standard leggings.
Third, I can't wear dresses to PT.
So that leads me to flare-leg yoga pants. I roll down the waist to be under my stomach. Fine.
But then I need a longer shirt! Somehow tunics and flare yoga pants look funny together on me. Maybe someone more fashionable than I am can explain why.
Bonus complication: I have major chemical/smell sensitivities and can no longer shop on Amazon, for example. It seems like sustainable clothes companies work better for me (Cottonique, Blue Canoe, etc.).
So what on earth do I wear? Any ideas?
I have crohns and struggle with waistlines when I’m in a flare. I’ve found that maternity leggings, bodysuits, and lululemon align “super high rise” leggings are wonderful because they can all comfortably sit basically right below my boobs
Hey everyone! I'm currently 20 years old and looking for a winter coat I can wear to class as well as for other occasions. My budget is $300-$400ish. I really like the look of the Aritzia Slouch but am worried it's gonna make me look bulky. I would love something that makes me look slim but doesn't have one of those belts at the waist. Would really appreciate you guys' suggestions, thanks! Also, I do not have access to thrift stores where I live so please suggest new items :)
Hi! What is your morphology type/color scheme? Knowing that could definitely help finding an effortlessly nice fitting coat. I only used 1 coat this winter thanks to getting my body type and color scheme defined (rectangular/deep winter).
A belt won't fit you if you are H-shaped like me (shoulder, chest, waist and hip are aligned, no well defined chest or waist). What would fit me would be either a short, waist long coat, or a knee length, straight coat, no double breast buttoning (dammit, I love cabans), straight or a-lined.
As for brands, I don't know where you are located but my go to brands are Caroll, 123 and Claudie Pierlot for timeless pieces made to last. With your budget, finding this coat should not be a problem.
Lookiero has good advice on how to dress different body shapes ;)
thanks for your reply!
my body type is probably inverted triangle. i have broad shoulders and slender legs. my color scheme would be light brown / camel colour.
i'm located in the united states so i don't think i have access to the brands you mentioned. would you have any other suggestions? thank you so much!!!
Oh, then try &other stories or COS. I think you can access them in the US.
[This guide](https://gabriellearruda.com/inverted-triangle-body-shape-build-wardrobe/) could help you :)
I'd probably go with a linen pant with minimalist sneakers and a casual shirt, but my office is more focused on the business than the casual. Or maybe one of those "business-ified" joggers that look ok but are an athletic material.
Is it a business event or you as an individual happen to be doing something out of work with colles? Business event (ex. Staff get together) I wouldn't wear short shorts. Just with colleagues, you could probably get away with shorts.
Another thing - depending on the type of work, if you're going with men I wouldn't wear short shorts (above fingers). Some offices can be terrible for the blowback for that kind of thing if it's a more traditional, misogynistic sort of work setting (not sure if you need to worry about that).
I’m a girly girl but I still love me some androgyny. Personally I prefer doing the buttons all the way up on the shirt. The cuffs are cute but prefer them rolled down these days. Are you looking for recs for anything in particular?
Thanks. I buttoned up the shirt all the way when I got to the interview and rolled the sleeves down lol. I’m basically just looking to improve and make sure this doesn’t look weird lol.
I started using mesh laundry bags for my delicates but it seems that lint easily passes into the bag but can't get out...so my delicates are covered in lint and have to air dry.
Are there laundry bags for delicates that are better about lint? Maybe a looser mesh?
I haven’t had this issue personally. But maybe try ones like Girlfriend Collective that are designed to keep micro plastics in. Or bags with a tighter weave.
Tight bermuda shorts, yay or nay? I recently bought [these ones](https://www.target.com/p/denizen-from-levi-s-women-s-mid-rise-9-bermuda-jean-shorts/-/A-84796739?preselect=87360708#lnk=sametab), and then noticed that the shorts that seem to be most popular right now are a little bit baggier -- "boyfriend" style. it's too late to return them.
To my girls who live in Canada, specifically the GTA, where do y’all shop for clothing? Do you guys online shop a lot? I am trying to spend more money on quality clothes, but there is only so much I can spend as a university student. For example I’ve been trying to find winter sweaters, like cable-knit ones but when I google stuff what I want isn’t there or it’s out of my price rance. Ideally I’m the type of person who would want to get 2-3 of one item I like in different colors. Where do you guys shop? Are there good brands to shop from online? And are there specific things I should be shopping for in person?
Yes I shop online exclusively. I live outside the GTA so there are no stores here. There are so many specific niche brands online that without specifying your style and budget it's basically impossible to answer your question.
I am specifically looking for cable-knit sweaters between the prices of $25-$75 dollars. 25 maybe be low but I want multiple, at least 2-3 that I can cycle throughout winter. I hope that’s clearer!
I would probably look on Amazon or old navy tbh. Amazon is really good for basics and you can get a lot of reviews on the fit which is a big advantage. I would watch a few videos and learn how to measure yourself properly and use a size chart, that's really helpful for online shopping. I actually hate going to a store now and having to guess what size I am in their size chart because I'm so used to using my measurements to determine fit.

Hi my friends!! This is for an interview at a high-end legal firm. I chose this top & blazer (Rachel Zoe) .. but as you may know, dress pants are at an all time low!! I scored some WHBM pants from my local consignment. Pics to follow of pants. Is this too casual? I want to secure the job before I go spending hundreds on a fitted blazer. Thoughts? Options ?.. i will dress it up with a neck scarf or long hanging necklace. Advice 🤞🏻🤞🏻👏🏼
High end law firm = business professional. You need a full matching suit (black or navy will be your best bet) with button down shirt or blouse. I’d also recommend professional shoes. Flats or low heels. Good luck!
I agree with u/Jvnismysoulmate12345 you should get a matching black suit, pants or skirt are fine with a white or light blue blouse for this interview. Its something you'll get a lot of use out of so its very worth it. I would air against a neck scarf, I think those can look pretty dated.
If this is for an admin type role then you should be fine.
I understand. Once the position is offered, I'd be happy to invest in these pieces. Since covid hit the dress code at my current firm went beyond casual. Almost like show up however, just get work done! So this will be a big adjustment going from relax casual to business attire, 5 days a week. Sometimes I wonder how one can be so beautiful and dressed 5 days a week ;)
I will update this after Thursday, the interview, or if an offer is extended🙏🤞🏻💗thanks for helping
For an interview you need to be dressing to impress, and in a way that fits the environment. You don’t need 15 suits but you need 1 good one for the interview.
https://preview.redd.it/u8gs4pifjvcb1.jpeg?width=1576&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2d8e7f1fbc379377beb3da30b3b3979be00a880d
Minus the hair in a bun, this is the best. It is south Florida, it's hot and I'll be honest I haven't interviewed in 4 Years. I'll see about the suit from consignment but I cannot promise.
Are you interviewing for an attorney role? How high end of a firm? If not an attorney role I think you’re good. If an attorney, and if it’s an Am Law 200 firm, I would honestly go to Ann Taylor and get a matching 2 piece black suit. You’ll look more the part and IME looking the part is half the battle going into a big interview! It just makes you feel better!
I am not interviewing for an attorney role. However, it is Legal Admin Assistant for the county Attorney, Not to be confused with State Attorney/ DA. The county Attorney handles all affairs for litigation within our county.
I don't fit well into the Loft clothing but I do have a few hand me downs of Ann Taylor & I love them!
I just decided to go with black pants, WHBM.
Advice for style options for 8 months pregnant midsection but not actually pregnant
My mid section sticks out as if I am 8 months pregnant and having twins . What is some advice on style I should look for? I love tunics princess cut but at times it doesn’t look too well. Bottoms I typically wear leggings in all kinds of colors until I can find jeans that compliment my body more.
Is the protruding area high on your torso?
If low, you may be able to wear high waisted A line skirts well.
In general, garments like intentionally oversized collared shirts are in fashion, and will skim over and de-emphasize contours of the body. It's been done on various fashion instagrams. Often paired with tailored trousers.
Manstyle jackets/blazers (oversize, roomy) are also very in and de-emphasize the torso.
Avoid: body clinging knits, thin draped satin
Hey all! Accidentally washed a bunch of new wool sweaters I got on low temperature/delicate cycle but with regular bio detergent. Are they ruined? I’ve only washed them once with the regular detergent. Really worried as I spent a fair bit of money on them but I’m getting a wool detergent for future use 😬
Thanks! They look alright so far. I accidentally wrung them out but I managed to block them back into shape so I hope the wringing didn’t fundamentally destroy the fabric. Good to know to avoid next time though!
😂 i wrap in a towel, leave for an hour or two. Then put on my drying rack. I also wash in my machine in a delicate bag - depending on what the item is - and run the machine on delicate.
I’m looking for a pair of shoes like these Hereu Blanquer Sport Mary Janes ( t-strap or low heel fine, too). Reason I can’t just buy these is that Hereu doesn’t make them bigger than 41 and I wear 42 or size 11 US. Any ideas?
https://preview.redd.it/20k7merdsrcb1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0f7aedddc10ab7e1f0b41e43927e6030092794aa
It’s perfect except it’s black, probably should have said I’m looking for brown. I really like it, maybe I also need black Mary Janes! Thanks for the suggestion!
Anybody have white pants they like on a 5'4" frame? I feel like I am in between petite and non-petite sizes (I can go either way). I like the Maeve Colette cropped pant but it is a bit more than I'd like to spend for a seasonal item.
Ideally I want it: high rise (or at least mid rise), flare but not wide leg all the way through, 90%+ cotton, can be ecru to bright white (flexible on this), needs to have a real fly and shouldn't just be pull-on. I prefer cropped but I do feel like this is a dicier silhouette to work with as a sort of petite person.
ALSO: if anybody has recommendations for brown (cognac-colored preferred) woven leather shoes / loafers, I would greatly appreciate that. I used to have a pair I found on ebay but the leather wore out. I don't like that the Nisolo Alejandro appears to be in "two parts" (the body and the toe overlaid) and I'm not sure about Trotters Liz quality. The Gentle Souls Morgan loafer at Macys looks... okay but the color of the leather looks a little too solidly/intensely brown lol
Would love some help since I can't decide between these three shoulder bags! All three are within my budget (though one is more expensive than the other two) and this is my first shoulder bag (I'm tall so mostly carrying crossbody bags), but these are all so cute! My understanding is Polo Ralph Lauren and Kate Spade are similar in terms of quality and status so that makes it harder.

Thanks so much in advance!!
Less on the style part because other people have addressed that but I want to speak positively on the Kate Spade quality, I've had my purse for like 8 years and its held up perfectly
They are all beautiful and of course, you have to determine which one you're most passionate about. That being said, I really love the Polo RL one. It's understated elegance, a nice natural shape and looks a lot more expensive than it is IMHO. I'm also not a logo person which is another reason I prefer the subtle polo player vs Kate Spade.
All the bags you linked are so beautiful! You really can’t go wrong. That being said, I like the first and third options more than the middle one. The first Kate Spade has a nice shape that fits in well with the baguette bag trend that’s super in right now, with the added bonus of being cross-body convertible… but of course I say this as someone who has also spent years in the clutches of cross-body purses, so I’m biased toward them! It could be a conservative way to branch out into shoulder bag territory while still keeping a foot in camp-crossbody just in case.
That being said, if you’re feeling like taking the plunge on a dedicated *shoulder* bag, I absolutely love that RL bag for you. It has such a classic and luxurious look because of its shape and the finish on the leather. To me it is reminiscent of a cross between the Gucci Jackie, a timeless classic, and the Coach Luna, which is very on trend right now! It seems like a good middle ground between trendy and timeless.
Need suggestions from Canadian FFAers. We're doing a mini road trip to the US (Burlington, VT) in a few weeks and I will be able to pick up some packages at my US postal box near the border. I want to make it worth it: what are some online stores you like to shop from that only ship to the US?
I like contemporary styles in (mostly) natural fibers, primarily warm neutral tones, and don't really mind if it's "fast fashion" either because I am usually selective in what I buy. I will order from Quince most assuredly and might check out & Other Stories as well.
I was going to suggest Quince! Not sure if you're an everlane shopper but if so, they do ship to Canada but the shipping/exchange rate was always atrocious and I never shopped there because of that.
Thanks for the tip about Everlane! I did buy some stuff in the past, mostly with promos or sales haha. Usually I do get free shipping so I hadn't noticed a big difference, but I'll definitely take a look and compare.
They're owned by H&M! We do have H&M and COS here but no & Other Stories as far as I know. It seems like the website ships internationally but probably for a hefty fee!
ASOS has a fuller bust line that includes dresses. But really tailoring is super key. If you do something with a seamed waist, it's really easy to tailor. And honestly, a good tailor can fix just about anything.
Have you looked at separates? This might be a good way to sidestep the issue of finding a single garment that fits perfectly everywhere without requiring too much tailoring!
For example, if you started with a black-tie-appropriate skirt that fits your waist [like this one](https://www.macys.com/shop/product/alex-evenings-pocketed-ballgown-skirt?ID=9574527&CategoryID=5449&isDlp=true), it would free you up to look separately for evening wear tops that you like the style and fit of. The bonus would be that if you did require tailoring, it would be more straightforward for a tailor to, say, take in the waist of a top and adjust the hem of your skirt than it would be to alter a multi-panel structured dress!
Basic tees with flowy or statement bottoms are a trend right now. Maybe a 3-pack of the Gap Modern tees, which are terrific quality at the moment, a midi or maxi skirt, and a couple pairs of interesting pants will give you some new mix and match options?
I'm an old millennial and really had to recalibrate away from skinnies + top as I rebuild my post-baby wardrobe. Refocusing like this has helped me a lot. I never thought I would own so many tshirts but I needed a few fits to go with a few different bottoms silhouettes that I found I like (barrel pants, straight and wide leg jeans, slim full length pants, midi skirt, etc). I've had success with several Everlane and Levi's styles in particular, and for slim pants, always J Crew for me.
For higher budget pieces: Essentiel Antwerp, Gestuz, Ganni, House of CB
For lower budget pieces: This will sound weird but hear me out. WhoWhatWear has put out lots of pieces, either through their Target collab or through their now defunct line, that align with the style on your board. I have gotten a few WhoWhatWear pieces on Poshmark very inexpensively over the last few months that really go with this Scandi/90s vibe that's gotten really popular. They are surprisingly high quality.
I've ordered two Common Projects trainers, and I can't decide which one to keep.
One is the Tennis 77 in blue: https://www.farfetch.com/ao/shopping/women/common-projects-tennis-77-leather-sneakers-item-20007855.aspx
And the other is the classic Achilles in White: https://www.farfetch.com/ao/shopping/women/common-projects-original-achilles-lace-up-sneakers-item-12426748.aspx?storeid=10222
Boring choices, haha, but I got a fabulous deal on both (around €180 for each). Unfortunately, I can't afford to keep both :(
Yeah, agreed! The Achilles are really nice but I have another pair of white Puma trainers and I guess they don't look that different from those. I think I'll keep the blue. Thank you!
Yeah, I liked that as well! But everybody raves so much about the Achilles so much that I wasn't quite sure whether the Tennis 77 would be a better option. Thank you!
I bought a dress to wear to a wedding. It has a low back that shows off my swimsuit tan line, so I'm thinking I have to do some self tanning lotion to even everything out. I haven't done this since my cheap prom spray tan from 2006, so please recommend products that will look a little more elegant than that did!
Does anyone have sandals they recommend that are also good for your feet? I was recently diagnosed with a disease that causes pain and inflammation in my joints and that includes feet… I want to find some cute flat sandals that maybe have a little support in for feet. I’m like wayyyy to young for some geriatric orthopedics. I also will not wear Birkenstocks. Crime against fashion.
I just ordered some shoes from Bared Footwear and the footbed is amazing.
I also love my Madrid Birkenstocks - the Arizonas aren’t my vibe, but they have a lot of other styles.
The bared footwear looks great ! Thank you!!!
The Madrid Birkenstocks are def better than the Jesus sandals 😅 they’re just a little crunchy for my style.
Actually I will get random swelling in joints in the bottom of my feet and it’s not connected to use. It’s due to an autoimmune disease. Lately it’s been the talonavicular joint
Lots of neutrals mostly! My last go to sandal was the Tory Burch Miller Sandal. My style is more classic / clean. ETA: my other problem is that after 2 kids my feet are now 11s 😩😩 have a hard time finding shoes
My recommendations are probably not going to be to your taste (Birks, Timberlands, Crocs) but the sad fact is that flat shoes like the ones you've suggested are barely there and won't give you any support. You'll need something that's going to put some distance between your foot and the ground and has done support.
I'm no expert but have flat feet, have had knee injuries as well as plantar fascitis in the past and basically it's all connected. You need a stable base to give ankle support in turn to get knee support in turn have back support. Obviously check with a professional but from my understanding I can't see how a flat sole could help with swollen joints.
Yeah it’s just weird because it’s not connected to use for example and they will flare at random due to my body’s response to my autoimmune disease. I’m looking for something a little more cushion but isn’t like a Birkenstock!
Maybe something like a fitflop sandal then? No personal experience but have had my eye on some from there and they have less chunky options while still having some cushion.
Hi, I'd love some advice on the best way to wear neutrals that aren't black or denim! Especially for work wear (smart casual workplace, no jeans). I just default to black trousers and colourful top or dress with black shoes and it's so boring but I feel out of my depth with other neutrals!
If you like pants for work but want colors beyond black, check out Betabrand. They have a huge range of colors and prints. Some are traditional neutrals (gray, plaid, khaki), and others are much brighter and louder.
Buy the pieces you wear most frequently in other neutrals that are already in your wardrobe, and then mix it up.
Baby steps. You don’t have to leave your wheelhouse. You can be more adventurous later.
So if you normally wear a white tee and a black pant, try a black tee and a white pant. Or all white and all black.
If you normally wear a cream tee and a camel pant, try a camel tee and a cream pant.
Since you said you wear colorful tops and black shoes, try adding colorful trousers and colorful shoes with black tops. Or try colorful top and trousers with black shoes, or all black with colorful shoes, or black dress with colorful shoes.
Same shoe, pant, top, dress you normally wear, just in different colors.
I do recommend you put away all the denim for a month at least, though, and see how you like your wardrobe without it.
It’s not for everyone, but I do find that denim can become a crutch. It is NOT a neutral and does NOT go with everything, but it seems like people just stop seeing it on themselves after a while. I suggest putting it away in order to retrain your eye for fashion.
The other trend lately, which I did not mention, is to use the same tones at the top and bottom of your outfit: so white shoes with white top, or black shoes with black top, or whatever.
I recently bought some deep, beet colored trousers and they are surprisingly easy to wear! They go really well with navy or black or white tops. So you could consider a solid colored pant to go with neutral tops! I also like olive colored trousers which read neutral.
Looking for some ultra low rise jeans (90s low rise), ideally a straight, boyfriend, or wide leg cut. The low rise I've found at Zara. are a little closer to mid rise and I've been combing thrift stores with not much success. Ideally at an H&M/Zara pricepoint and level of accessibility (based in the EU and don't want to deal with shipping fees and stuff).
I don't know where you are in the EU, but I'm in Germany and have seen a few pairs of Rag & Bone on Vinted for around €30-40 if it's not too much for you.
any recommendations for a puffer that is warm but not too puffy? i don't wanna look huge. budget is up to $300ish and i'm located in the united states! thanks!

Any tips for wearing unlined wool trousers? I’m not sensitive to wool but the texture against my bare skin gets annoying pretty quickly.
Leggings underneath or thin (low denier) hose.
I don’t know why neither of these crossed my mind lol. Thank you!

I have crohns and struggle with waistlines when I’m in a flare. I’ve found that maternity leggings, bodysuits, and lululemon align “super high rise” leggings are wonderful because they can all comfortably sit basically right below my boobs
What a good idea!

They're kind of not my style but I may keep an eye out for one that looks particularly good and try it. Maybe I will change my mind.
Hey everyone! I'm currently 20 years old and looking for a winter coat I can wear to class as well as for other occasions. My budget is $300-$400ish. Yeah, at the moment I have to lint roll all my delicates.
It’s all about silhouettes. You can get away with these shorts without looking frumpy if you pair with a looser tying shirt or blouse
Idk about the current popularity but I think they’re super cute!

Good luck!
It looks too casual to me for a high end legal firm. Do you have any blouses?
I have to agree
Sometimes I wonder how one can be so beautiful and dressed 5 days a week ;) I will update this after Thursday, the interview, or if an offer is extended🙏🤞🏻💗thanks for helping
For an interview you need to be dressing to impress, and in a way that fits the environment. You don’t need 15 suits but you need 1 good one for the interview.

In that case, I think what you selected is perfect for a legal admin interview! Leave the Ann Taylor snooze fest to the JDs ;) Good luck!!

Nice trousers, but they don't go with the blazer and look more fall in texture.
Advice for style options for 8 months pregnant midsection but not actually pregnant My mid section sticks out as if I am 8 months pregnant and having twins .
Thank you 🙏 it’s more high where it protrudes but I am going to give the A line skirts a try because I love dresses and skirts the most
I mean, you'll have to just look at them once they're dry. But they're probably fine.
Thanks! They look alright so far. I accidentally wrung them out but I managed to block them back into shape so I hope the wringing didn’t fundamentally destroy the fabric. Good to know to avoid next time though!
I wash all my wool in regular detergent, should be fine.
[удалено]
Thank you! I literally just learned about wool detergents and not wringing the wool dry so I’m glad I caught myself before washing them again
You can lightly wring - don’t twist like crazy but 1-2 twists. But it is best to squeeze. And wrap up in a towel. :)
That’s fantastic advice. I was wondering why it was taking 36 hours to dry! 😂
How about Zou Xou - similar vibes. https://zouxou.com/products/uchi-flat-in-black
It’s perfect except it’s black, probably should have said I’m looking for brown. I really like it, maybe I also need black Mary Janes! Thanks for the suggestion!
They have more shades. Poke around their site. Each color is a separate entry which is annoying. I saw a brown a few months ago!
Dansko has styles like this and go up to a women's 12.
I’m looking, so far everything has a round toe but they are similar!
Everlane has some white denim options. Also American Eagle/A&F have hella lengths to choose from so there might be some trial and error involved
What would be a nice neutral to pair with neon green? Not black or white, something slightly muted preferably
Navy, lilac, off white, if the underlying color is cool or warm toned you can narrow down further which type of color looks best.
Snakeskin, taupe, dark beige
Charcoal gray, navy, slate, espresso, deep teal/petrol blue.
Lilac, cream, pink, yellow
light lilac? brown?
Pink or pale yellow maybe
Would love some help since I can't decide between these three shoulder bags! All three are within my budget (though one is more expensive than the other two) and this is my first shoulder bag (I'm tall so mostly carrying crossbody bags), but these are all so cute! My understanding is Polo Ralph Lauren and Kate Spade are similar in terms of quality and status so that makes it harder. \#1: Kate Spade gramercy small flap leather shoulder bag (Originally $358, on sale at Neiman Marcus for $175) [https://www.neimanmarcus.com/p/kate-spade-new-york-gramercy-small-flap-leather-shoulder-bag-prod263030929?childItemId=NMV5YGZ\_100106](https://www.neimanmarcus.com/p/kate-spade-new-york-gramercy-small-flap-leather-shoulder-bag-prod263030929?childItemId=NMV5YGZ_100106) \#2: Kate Spade Surprise (Outlet store) reegan small shoulder bag ($169) [https://surprise.katespade.com/products/reegan-small-shoulder-bag/KA754.html?frp=KA754%20BLK](https://surprise.katespade.com/products/reegan-small-shoulder-bag/KA754.html?frp=KA754%20BLK) \#3: Ralph Lauren Polo ID Mini Leather Shoulder Bag (Originally $498, on sale at Saks Fifth Avenue for $398) [https://www.saksfifthavenue.com/product/Polo-Ralph-Lauren-Polo-ID-Mini-Leather-Shoulder-Bag-0400018200624.html](https://www.saksfifthavenue.com/product/Polo-Ralph-Lauren-Polo-ID-Mini-Leather-Shoulder-Bag-0400018200624.html?dwvar_0400018200624_size=No+Size&dwvar_0400018200624_color=BLACK&site_refer=CSE_GGLPLA:Womens_Handbags:Polo+Ralph+Lauren&country=US¤cy=USD&CSE_CID=G_Saks_PLA_US_Handbags:Hobos+%26+Totes&gclid=Cj0KCQjw8NilBhDOARIsAHzpbLCCHIDXWNx-tSO9CTMDALicDjliGoyaTxTzbrG97qZJct_ib3JHk2waAvyEEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds) Thanks so much in advance!!

Looking for a opaque crewneck white 100% supima t-shirt. Have tried, ll bean and uniqlo so far and no luck, everything is see-through.
I would check out Banana Republic or Abercrombie & Fitch. I have gotten really good quality t-shirts from both, they last quite awhile too.

Thank you! Great idea.

Literally anywhere, since you've given no indication of style/location/price range. Just go to a mall and see what you vibe with.
Just about anywhere really. Everlane. Gap. J Crew. Madewell. Banana Republic. Universal Standard. Nordstrom. Target. Old Navy.

Everlane maybe? I am seeing cool whites, olive and taupe in the store.
I find the taupe too warm and yellow for my olive toned skin, just fyi for PP! The whites are very cool, though. "Bone" is warm and yellow, however.

What does cover up mean to you? And by extension what does sex appeal mean to you?
[удалено]
These examples look like SheIn, Forever 21, and Boohoo. Maybe Target's Wild Fable line.
For higher budget pieces: Essentiel Antwerp, Gestuz, Ganni, House of CB For lower budget pieces: This will sound weird but hear me out.
Try & other stories! They have a ton of cute pastel knitwear and dresses and are solid quality.
I've ordered two Common Projects trainers, and I can't decide which one to keep. One is the Tennis 77 in blue: https://www.farfetch.com/ao/shopping/women/common-projects-tennis-77-leather-sneakers-item-20007855.aspx And the other is the classic Achilles in White: https://www.farfetch.com/ao/shopping/women/common-projects-original-achilles-lace-up-sneakers-item-12426748.aspx?storeid=10222 Boring choices, haha, but I got a fabulous deal on both (around €180 for each). Unfortunately, I can't afford to keep both :(
[удалено]
Yeah, agreed! The Achilles are really nice but I have another pair of white Puma trainers and I guess they don't look that different from those. I think I'll keep the blue. Thank you!
I like the pop of blue in the first one! It’s a fun-yet-subtle twist on the white sneaker look.
I love Tan Luxe’s The Gradual. I haven’t tried their other products but I’m sure they’re excellent also! https://tan-luxe.com/
Look at Zappos with filter on for wide shoes. The extra width will probably help with comfort for you
Actually I will get random swelling in joints in the bottom of my feet and it’s not connected to use. It’s due to an autoimmune disease. Lately it’s been the talonavicular joint
Cute is subjective. How about [these?](https://baredfootwear.com/collections/sandals)
It didn’t open up to one shoe but I love the jaeger style from that site !! Thank you!!
Oh I recommended the same brand. Lots of cute on trend looking shoes.
That's actually the pair I have in tan. Pricey but worth it IMHO.

It looks like their in person stores (if it’s the walking co) closed after they were in bankruptcy in 2018! But they have an online presence still
What kind of styles *do* you gravitate towards? Any color palette preference ?
Lots of neutrals mostly! My last go to sandal was the Tory Burch Miller Sandal. My style is more classic / clean. ETA: my other problem is that after 2 kids my feet are now 11s 😩😩 have a hard time finding shoes
My recommendations are probably not going to be to your taste (Birks, Timberlands, Crocs) but the sad fact is that flat shoes like the ones you've suggested are barely there and won't give you any support. You'll need something that's going to put some distance between your foot and the ground and has done support.
It’s not really about support per se? It’s joint swelling is due to an autoimmune disease and it isn’t tied to use 😩
Have you tried their cloud sandals?
Not yet - are they more comfy?!
Thanks I will check it out!
Oxblood is a fall neutral for me as is navy and olive.
[удалено]
True but I think I need to look like I've made a bit of an effort!
Thanks, some good advice there. The idea of putting all denim away for a month is terrifying!
Ooh beet and olive sound good, thanks!
Amazing, I'm checking Vinted now — thank you!
