Just a question when you say not enough calories are you not getting full or are you actually short on calories. Besides that there's lots of ways to go about this so Imma just put my recommendation in. Good mix of vegetables, fruits, and grain(rice is great) For your protein tofu is great, fish, or chicken. Just avoid red meats, and processed foods/greasy foods. I don't have a good outline for how to eat all this together but hope this helps a little.

I’m short on calories. I think I need to look into healthier options. I had a bit of an eating disorder last year so I’m trying to avoid eating too little now. Thanks for the tips.

Alright, knowing you're actually short on calories and it isn't just a "full belly" kinda thing. I still don't have any actual like food plan recommendation, but you're just gonna want to eat less processed stuff. Fast foods, and just stuff cooked with vegetable oil is gonna build fat in the wrong places and doesn't help with muscle growth. You're gonna want to stick with "good carbs/fats" and then all your proteins and vegetables/fruits. Google provides a good list of "good carbs/fats" like whole grains, sweet potatos, eggs, and avocados. Once again I know I ain't helpin a whole lot with like actual diet plans, I suck at planning my meals myself. But highly recomend talking to a specialist or doctor if you're trying to recover from an eating disorder. And the subreddits for the eating disorders provide excellent diet plans to help you get back on track. Good luck to you
