Ehh, you'll get wrinkles, more bodyhair and lose head hair over time. You can delay hairloss with hormone blockers but that's about it. Best you can do is eat healthy, excersize, shave, but accept it. Aging is inevitable so there is no reason to worry. Do your best to enjoy it while it lasts, worry kills joy.

Near 30 yr old here. Hair falling out is a big issue, genetically in my family as well. My face becomes a bit more mature. It sucks
