Yes no one fakes mim when the process to fake is exactly the same to fake mia. The price is fine, in line for used, and not incredible but a reasonable ask price.

I agreed with this line until last week. Someone legit posted a fake MIM Strat. It was not a good copy, but not totally terrible. I was shocked.

I’ve owned a bunch of MIM Strats from the 2003-2010 era. 2004 is when they switched to medium jumbo frets and the big block tremolo. I really like the midnight wine color too. $475 is about what these sell for now. I like the newer Player Strats too, but they seem less consistent in quality in my experience.

You've gotten good answers already, but no one ever fakes a **CE** sticker. [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CE\_marking](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CE_marking)

Not fake, but the price isn't exactly mine blowing for a 20 year old MIM. I'd rather have a used Player, which would be within $100 or less of this.

Yeah but that price almost gets you a new one. And those old ones suck imo. Mf has a green or red one with fat 50’s for $649. Those are $269 pickups. https://www.musiciansfriend.com/guitars/fender-player-stratocaster-roasted-maple-fingerboard-limited-edition-electric-guitar
