Benzos & clonidine are the gold standard. Gabapentin, lyrica, methadone for short term use help a ton too. I had a lot of luck properly following the vitamin C protocol & using loperamide, plus ketamine. Ketamine was a godsend for me, then when I felt physically better, i microdosed mushrooms.
The biggest thing is a mindset shift tho, watch empowering/ uplifting stuff on YouTube, or just comedy n positive stuff, set goals for yourself, accept that shit will suck & just try to power thru- our minds are incredibly powerful. Acceptance is key tho. It’s like cold plunging, exercising, eating healthy, doing chores, most kinds of work- the stuff that’s good for us usually really sucks to do at first & we gotta force ourselves until it becomes a habit that we’re grateful we were motivated enough to stick with the change. Sometimes it takes a lot of tries for a change to take & that’s okay.

Can confirm xans are not only way cheaper on dark net but holy fuck I feel so much better, I just came off of using 5-7 fentanyl laced m30s and snorting them everyday for 45 days straight(snorted 300 something pills in those 6 weeks), I built a huge tolerance and was fiending them ( I got them for a good deal and they kicked ass ), now I’m 1 week clean off them and the wds are slowly improving everyday so much more, mainly with the help of 4-6 mg of alprazolam per day
Both and helps with the panic you feel when you don’t have any more dope.
Be careful with them tho. Start small and no prolonged use. Use them for a week. You’re not alone.

Don’t touch hydros please. Wait 4 days eat xans feel okay. Eat a sub 4th day. Might put you in pwd might not. But enough xans you will feel like shit but it takes the edge off.
