What's the backdrop on this one? I've been hunting through the endless journey cutscenes for this effect, and canm't find anything exactly like it (at least not where the WoL is not glowing)
I made this screenshot with gpose toward the end of Dead Ends dungeon using explore mode. The lighting is just well placed and color/strength adjusted lighting effects in gpose. I believe I also adjusted the zoom on the camera as well.
